Dear sir, if we are asked to draw the crystallographic direction given by the Miller indices [333], then shouldn't this direction be the same as that given by the Miller indices [111]
Here we are trying to fit the plane inside the cubic unit cell. That's why all planes are shown iside the cubit unit cell. If we draw the plane in the space lattice, then it may not fit in the unit cell..
Thank you so much for your crystal clear explanation. It is really helpful. One of the best video available on TH-cam.
Most welcome.. and best luck
A very clear explanation!
Than you very much sir.❤
Great Work.
Thank you
Clear explanation thankyou sir ❤

Woww....could learned just in 10 mins.
All the best
Thank you so much sir very useful lecture
Very clear explanation
Kai, great and easy explanation
Please make more videos about crystallography
very helpful & clear
Thank you so much, this is much clearer ❤
Most welcome
very clear. Thank you
You are welcome!

yes
Yes but there will be a difference in the length
Can the plane be out of the cube like if the value exceeds 1 on y axis where will be the coordinate sir??

sir taking 1/3 point is from origin point?
yes
Wow great 👍

Thanks
Thank you sir. I am student of XIE Mumbai
Great.. All the best.. keep watching..
Very clear.
Glad it was helpful!
(020)miller plane ??
It will be a plane having Y intercept 1/2 and parallel to XZ plane..
Thank you
