If you're on a budget, go for the dell G15 rtx 3050. It's a fantastic deal, I'd take it if I were on a budget and needed gaming performance at a lower cost.
If you want more power in general, the i7 rtx 4060 is yours to wield. It's a stable and balanced option.
I don't think the MSI gf63 will do you much when comparing to the dell products you listed. Cheers.

In this laptop we have two graphic card one Intel UHD graphics and the other one is NVIDIA graphics.
But when u use an HDMI port laptop always use Intel UHD graphics which leads to low Hz or 50 Hz.
But when u play in laptop it use NVIDIA graphics as much as I know

I have played Counter Strike and COD Warzone.
It lags and overheat
I had all the lowest setting for both games but still the same
