Hi! Since the early days of my channel, lots of people have requested this modern piano piece. In fact, I had never heard of it before and was surprised when I checked the title. I'm not sure why it's known as Chopin's Spring Waltz, but I realized that many people love this piece although this is not Chopin’s piece😊 The piece was composed by Paul de Senneville with the title “Mariage d'Amour”, and rearranged by George Davidson. There are many piano performances of this piece on TH-cam, but I hope you enjoy this version, too. Thank you! Have a good day!

It is wrongly attributed to Chopin as "Spring Waltz" because of an upload on TH-cam with the wrong title, which reached over 34 million views before being corrected.

Seeing people associating this song with Chopin is painful, since it doesn't have the eccentricity of his music, but it was named as his song just to draw attention. Frankly it's not a piece of his level, but I don't think that for popular taste, it's necessary to associate a
    renowned composer to succeed.

Thank you for this beautiful "pop modern classic" music, and thank you for sharing.
Paul de Senneville is one of the good modern composer, sadly like Paul, many of them which were attached to the melody and harmonic style were not recognized, ignored but got successful in film music , commercials and so on. Not known but a large public enjoyed it and sharing is certainly the most important here , as you do :)

Your performance was very musical and pleasant. Your interpretation is magnificent and pretty. I had actually discovered this piece recently and I found it beautiful. I thought about learning it, but I'm currently learning a movement of the Pathetique Sonata. Nevertheless, I enjoyed your performance very much. Thank you :)

To me this does not sound like Chopin at all, it has this modern sentimentality to it like Ludovico Einaudi. I wonder where the confusion came from. Anyway, well played.
