It's just always nice to get fresh perspectives from high level players. Thanks guys
Hi Kevin, At the college level usually practice was 6 hours a day (take a day or two off Weekly) with it being practice first, then play some holes 9 or 18, then finish off working on some of the shots that didn't go so well. Warm ups I always start with putting first then the range, so your warmed up and ready to swing vs hitting balls and then putting and going to the first tee and not hit a ball after 20-30 minutes. Hopefully this helps!
Not gonna lie over spring break for our baseball team we went to Florida and we made sure that they sold out of liquid IV we got every single flavor and absolutely destroyed their shelves.
