@ Hello, Yes sure. The clinic that we used in Uruguaiana was called “hospital veterinário vida animal” I write the info here because unfortunately I don’t think we can pm people on TH-cam. If you need anything else, please feel free to email us at globalcitizens2000@gmail.com Best of luck 👍
Each province of Argentina asks for different things, I think the most common, in addition to the basics such as the vehicle documents, insurance and driver's license, is the fire extinguisher and the beacons, they can also ask for the vehicle technical verification (VTV), Never forget to turn on the light. In the province of Córdoba, daylight is not enough, they ask you to drive with the low beams on.
@@claudiopiazza3793wow, thank you so much for sharing that info 🙏 yes our car automatically has the lights on since we heard from others also that this is very important. The fire extinguisher came with the security kit that we bought, but we really appreciate that you shared all of this info with us 😊 All the best
What a cute little doggy - his name if FLUFFY ? 24 years ago I had to go to Buenos Aires to the Brasilian embassy to get my PR 40 years before that my container ship stopped in BA and Uruguay Check out the wine country in MENDOZA I bought a 9 inch tablet to use for navigation and whatsapp when travelling, is really convenient vs using a small cellphone
Ohhh thank you :) His name is Leo, but yes he is very fluffy too 😊 Yeah we love Argentina and Buenos Aires and we will try to visit as many places as possible.
@@global_citizens Uruguay had some unbelievable restaurants when I was there 40 years ago ! Sure it's even better now BA at the time was occupied by the ARMY under the dictatorship, scary going into town ! Argentina was BROKE when I arrived in 2002, Argentinians who owned condos in B Camboriu were desperate to sell them
I would advise that you consider paying with a card, there is no longer a difference between the exchange rates and it is very uncomfortable to carry all those bills, in addition they gave you low denomination bills, there are 10,000 peso bills and 20,000 peso bills are already coming out.
Yes you are absolutely right; since then we have exchanged more money and although we have not seen the 20,000 peso bills yet, we did get some 10,000 peso bills. The problem with cards is that at least our Canadian credit cards do have a big difference still when it comes to the exchange rates. Only one of our cards gives us refunds a few days after the purchases on regular bases as if they correct the charge with the better exchange rate, but the other cards charge us with a rate that is really not good. So we are trying to spend some on the cards and some with cash as we go until we find a good balance 🤦🏻🤣 Thank you so much for your comment and for watching our video. All the best 👍
You mentioned it's better to pau with cash for everything, but if you don't have cash with you, is it still possible to pay with a credit card or the stores don'r even accept cards?
Yes because of the exchange rate, it’s more advantageous for you to pay with cash. In most places you do have the option to pay with cards, but some places tell you that they only accept cash or they charge you an extra charge if you want to pay with a card!
I am Argentine and I pay everything with a card and with an application by scanning the QR code, if someone tells me only in cash, do not buy from them, most accept cards, transfers or transfers using the QR, the exchange rates are the same, I don't know what It is so convenient to use cash, for Argentines it is not convenient, you can also pay with dollars but in that case it will depend on what exchange rate each store gives you.
@ yes you are absolutely right; for locals it’s much better to pay with cards. But as tourists we do not have debit cards to pay in Argentinian pesos. Our Canadian credit cards sometimes do not give us the best exchange rate so we sometimes pay with the credit cards and sometimes cash like when we get 10% or 15% discount if we pay in cash. Thank you so much for watching our video and for your kind comment 🙏 All the best 👍
What did you think about our experience crossing the border? Have you ever had a bad experience crossing any border?
Eu particularmente gostaria que ficassem somente no Brasil 😂😂
Mas continuarei viajando com vocês.
Abraço
😂😂😂😂 obrigada 😊

That border looked very chill. The border between US and Canada or worse the one between US and Mexico is always packed and so busy!
Yes we were very lucky. That specific border crossing at the time we were there, was almost empty 😊
Very interesting info!! Thanks! 😊
Thanks for watching and for your kind words 😊
Very interesting. The money exchange business must be very profitable in Argentina 🇦🇷
Ohh yeah I think so. However, I guess they are highly regulated and have to report everything to the government

You have to have Brazilian documentation to have a Brazilian passport.
Thanks for the info!!🤣🤣
It looks like people have to walk around with suitcases of cash in Argentina.
Yes on daily bases and to avoid credit card fees, it looks like it better to have cash especially as a tourist
