Dan, This is by far the most valuable advice regarding Amazon Loop Interview! Surprisingly, no one talks about the importance of 'putting up a show' for the interviewer! Glad I came across your channel before my interview. I received the job offer last week! Thank you!
Such a great advice to entertain and putting a great show. While giving all the other advice like preparing 150 instead of 35, practicing, then refining details etc.
Hello, 3 days after my Amazon LOOP interview, I received an Email from the recruiter congratulating me on the positive feedback for my interview, but unfortunately unable to offer me the position because someone else filled the position. I noticed that the position was no longer available even before my LOOP. They said that they will put me in the bench pool and that if available position comes, they will contact all the people in the bench pool before making the position public. I am worried, hope they will remember to get back to me? I practiced really so hard for this LOOP
I got rejected from the loop twice. Their vision outside of Amazon is very narrow, when trying to describe situations and decisions they gloss over and dont understand and there just isnt enough time to get it all across.
The people in my loop looked like they hadn't showered. Many that were customer facing said "ahs" and. "ums" with poor eye contact. I wasn't impressed that they "hire the best."
Each time one decides to work for someone else could be considered is fail already… since anyone can work for him/her self. But well, bar gets higher, you have to clown around to work for somebody nowadays (entertain them lol)… qualification no longer enough…

@@jeffwaters138 It's also possible that your answers are raising some red flags that lead to them rejecting you.
