Monty is repairing turf, sowing sweetcorn and planting pots for evening fragrance this summer.
Adam travels to Dublin to meet musician Adam Clayton, from the rock band U2, who, when not playing bass guitar, prefers to spend time in his garden - especially when his precious collection of camellias, magnolias and rhododendrons are in full flower.
There's a visit to Arundel Castle in West Sussex to marvel at their stunning tulip display, whilst in Devon, Carol continues to show how everyone can grow plants for free - this time through division.
Plus a delphinium lover near Bristol for whom the colours of plants are much more important than their names.

Another great Gardener's World, thank you! Adam Clayton's garden is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I really enjoyed seeing his spectacular estate. You can tell his creative genius doesn't end with music.
I went to the school beside Adam Claytons house almost 30 years ago. Students used to wander there for a secret smoke too. Even then, it was called “Paradise” by everyone.
Goodness me…Monty reminds me of my beloved father, as he protects his darling pup in his jacket, with only her head poking out! My mom continually grumbles about the amount of laundry she has to do, because of my dad’s “puppy” escapades. Secretly, my mother adores my father’s antics, and loves their little dog…as can be seen when she spoils her with treats and cuddles ~ LOL!😉
Thank you for posting this episode. It is a much needed welcome, as the world around us becomes ever contentious! We all need a source of JOY in our lives…and this show/channel certainly offers that on a regular basis.
Cheers!🇨🇦😊🇬🇧
I love Adam Clayton's garden, what a beautiful, peaceful, place. Also loved the Cornish garden from last week.
I always appreciate Carol's spirit. Thanks for sharing the program with the rest of the world.
How wonderful and the peace it transmits. I loved seeing my favorite bass player's garden. Adam ❤
Im from Dublin I met Adam many years ago very briefly he is a nice man very friendly,But I worked in Bono's garden in August 1994 when I was 14 years old,My fathers friend has being doing alot of the construction work in Bono's house since the late 1980s and he knew I was a U2 fan when I was younger so he took me out to work in Bono's house for two days all of those years ago beautiful house and garden well worth a visit by this show.
As always, after an episode, my heart is full. So full I feel it’s overflowing with goodness. The tulips were stunning, every thing else was beautiful and instructive and inspiring all at the same time. Kudos to the whole team.
I couldn't have said it better!
Same here. Thank you Javier. Have a blessed week.
Thanks for posting. Loved to see adam Clayton’s garden
Thanks again for posting this, it’s so lovely to see it. I especially loved the garden in Dublin!
Wowie what garden from Joshua tree 😊!
Monty is wonderful as always!! Great episode! Your garden is lovely - what are the names of your tulip varieties? Loved the segment on Adam Clayton's garden - I've seen U2 many times and was an avid fan (and still am) from back in their early days. Stunning garden! Oh, and I can't forget all of the beautiful tulips featured in the Arundel Castle. Just magical!!
My favourite programme , wonderful in every way! Jim and Carol are as lovely as their garden! ♥
Lovely to see your joy Monty at the cottage garden changes, the tulips mixed with forget - me -knots brilliant combo. Following your tulip enthusiasm, I too have planted out many, mostly in pots - it's a beginning. I use star jasmine as a ground cover it works well too. Great program and thank you for posting R.A.Javier...
Love Carol enthusiasm! I enjoyed her calm voice and so much wisdom!
There’s nothing nicer than having a seedling pop up and if it’s cucamelon or any vine seeking plant, it’s like a baby clutching your finger 😊
This episode is incredible!! ❤❤❤
Mother nature's suking on rock n roll and she likes it
Fantastic gardens, people, plants and things. Thank you very much for a wonderful show. Watching from Idaho, USA.
" I've got my pot in my hand, its goin' in there..." LEGEND!

Thank you so much Monty for the show. Specifically this episode the info on dahlia cutting propagating! I’m wondering if sometime in the future you could give us some tutorials on fruit tree espalier. I’ve had mine (peach, plum, pear, apples fur seven yrs niw and just can’t seem to get much for for the amount of effort I put towards maintaining them! Help!!! God bless you! Lisa
Beautiful, 😊❤
Thanks for sharing. Hello from Ireland 🇮🇪🍀
Great episode.
Wow tulips
😊
Just been out, despite torrential rain, planting the first of a number of new tulips ... it's autumn down here in new Zealand, so lovely to imagine how these plantings will look in spring to come.
C est un vrai plaisir de regarder votre emission de la france merci beaucoup

The palms together with the bright tulips is an amazing combination😍
Gracias!
The spirit of the gardener_ so very generous 😊
Hello from Texas!
Thank you for posting! I love that tulip garden - I want one myself next spring!
NEW ZEALAND Here Monty I love canna lilies they grow every year with our winters very cold at night and are perfectly happy every year they come through no problem
Scandinavia depresses in the winter. this makes me happy
Meraviglioso ❤grazie
Какой красивый сад!
Thank you very much : )
Wonderful. Thanks.
Awesome segment ❤
I did have to chuckle a bit when Monty was laying the turf, it’s great advice, and very intuitive, until you get an ants nest, although it does make the ground a little more springy 😊
Love using the top of a nest or a mole hill to add to my seedling mix. The soil is so soft and mole hole dirt is PERFECT on its own for some reason.
@@RealBradMiller I never thought about that, I always just step on it, because it’s so soft after working the garden 😄👍
@@RealBradMiller my feet appreciate the soft turf 😄👍
Danesmoate what an amazing place
Wonderful gardens
Imádom a Kertész kertjét!!! Köszönöm!!! 😍😍😍

Tulips are beautiful, but can't withstand windy conditions. 😢 Carol is the best!
Everything lkn so good.
Very nice episody❣🥰🙏
🥰
Интересно было бы посмотреть на сад тюльпанов после цветения, как он выглядит без тюльпанов, как его убирают, чем заменяют кашпо с отцветшими тюльпанами???
Thank you for posting! Does anyone know if Carol has a new series this year such as the ones from past years? I love her garden at Glebe cottage.
Také ráda sleduji. Karol a přála bych si také nové díly😊
When did Adam Clayton become so fine?
❤💚💛
I love these videos, but if I don't catch the premiere in progress, I can't watch it later. When i try to view them on you tube it tells me: Video unavailable

If you get a VPN you can set it to United Kingdom and watch it. I’m in the states and use Nord VPN.
Does parlite work with Rose cuttings two? And after that cam you reuse that same perlite?
🥰🇬🇧🇮🇸👍🫶🌹🍀
Appreciate the channel.
I prefer he stayed away from the climate change programming. He’s old enough to know better. We all know he would not be on tv if he disagreed with the narrative.
Denial is not only a River.
This is his personal belief, and I admire him for acting accrodingly. Much as Geoff Hamilton started the move away from peat compost, I would rather presenters were honest and true to their beliefs, than keeping quiet so as not to "offend".
Climate change is a real threat. Better to take your head out of the sand instead of criticising those who bring attention to it.
How right you are. David Attenborough is another who spouts the climate nonsense.
@@bilbobaggins8551 You must be trolling. No one could be that stupid.
Monty needs to retire. Tired of hearing the same thing from him every year. Plenty of new blood that is far more entertaining and knowledgeable.
It takes years of experience to gain knowledge, something young bloods don't have. Shallow insult. You might be lucky to live as long with a rewarding passion.
There is no new blood more knowledgeable than Monty.
Well, Dave, there's always going to be new people joining the gardening community, so the repeating information is necessary and going to be heard by any host over the years.
@@shaneheff5244 Of course there is.
Personally I find the scent of trachelospermum jasminoides overpowering and a bit medicinal. Pity as I have one in my garden. Husband likes it.
