  • David Ndii: The IMF plays the role in the global economy that the Central Bank plays locally in terms of regulating banks. If IMF wasn’t there every time there is a country that defaults on its payment all of us get affected

    This is political economics for convenience. David Ndii will say anything to support Ruto at whatever cost lies notwithstanding. He knows we are not doing well economically courtesy of merchants of corruption cat walking freely on the streets.

    Now I believe it's imperative that Kenya needs a paradigm shift interns of how it's going to mandate it's so called economic growth. Our economy is way much dependant on micro economic rather than it being dependant on both macro and micro factors. All you hear about the Kenya kwanza regime is simply exogenous empty plans or rather plans and mandates without a clear view. Kenyans should stop looking at a diminished view and rather, see the whole.

    • @MrVayolence
      @MrVayolence ปีที่แล้ว

      I totally disagree with this view.. He has given his 4 points of action and what they have been doing and are doing. Why do people think these actions take effect immediately... This is not a majic show... They are doing what needs to be done. Why do we still owe people who were being paid subsidies. Let's comprehend before giving views just to fan a fire🤷🏿‍♂️

    This guy is now keeping his ears to the ground as he does deals on behalf of government with some banker from IMF or a sister company in exchange for some 2mill usd. The international banker has been given the reigns to seal a a global deal in exchange for President of the Bank. The deal just has to be done! to keep the system going and to keep the Global North happy and the few rich happy here in Kenya. This has been happening for years. The whole thing is skewed. So he has to be very careful with his words. Typical.

  • @manmarko28

    I think what most are missing here is that 100% of all the financial problems the Kenya kwanza government has are those of the previous Uhuru government. The debt the euro bond basically everything. So the Kenya kwanza government just has to mitigate the situations until they have their own budget which isn't until the new financial year for Kenya which I think is in June. So we can blame them all we want but they are just dealing with the bad hand they were debt with from the time they came into office. Basically try stopping the bleeding.
