My daughter introduced me to grounding. I’m 72 years old with lots of pain. Grounding has been a miracle for me. I introduced it to my brothers and sisters (11 of them). We are all experiencing good results. So far I bought three complete sets as gifts

I thought it was too easy but the science intrigued me so I tried it. The wife thought I was crazy. The result is my blood pressure dropped 18 points and then 23 points systolic pressure, 3 - 9 points diastolic pressure on the second day. I didn't check it the first day. I'm a believer and I'm all in. Eventually I'll have mats and or sheets everywhere throughout the house and I'm getting some for my ailing mother.

Tthank you Clint for your research and your products. I have been sleeping on my mattress cover for 9 days now. I feel so mu h better. An old horse fall 45 years ago prevented me crom sleeping on one side. I can sleep without having to turn from pain. Wow, what a night miracle this is. I am walking as a normal person, not a lumbering old lady. I am anxiously awaiting for a six week check in. Thank you, thank you

I put my bare feet on the grounding pillow case over a regular pillow. It's comfortable and does the job. Yes, I sleep much better. Yes, my shoulder is now healed... I use only the pillow but I use it as a mat. I got 2 pairs of free flip flops that are grounding! I feel needles in my feet when I go outside and the earth is still wet. The conduction of electrons is very noticeable on a wet ground! Much more than the pillow that I purchased. I saw that Clint O. invented and created this in the 70's, so I purchased from his company. He is still alive. All the things you describe are included in this one purchase of the pillow case plus the gift: 2 pairs of flip flops. Even if it's a little more expensive, I love paying the genius who made this happen for our own good.

I am in the UK and I spent quite a bit on these products.
I had a bad day with pain in my lower back and legs last month.
I haven't used the mattress cover yet but as soon as the products arrived I used the pillow cases and the next day I couldn't believe that all the pain had gone!
This is plugged into a socket and it works.

Well, I have to say, I was on the fence a bit, with some concerns but after looking at Clint's Earthing website, I'm actually going to go ahead and get the patches, an earthing socket tester (they suggest for first time earthers) and possibly the pipe clamp too which you can plug the product into (on the cold side). If you have reservations about plugging in or if your not sure it's earthed or if you want to take your product away with you; I think you can rest assured the product will work just fine plugged into the copper pipe earth clamp you purchase from his site also. I feel a lot more at ease and cannot wait to try the products out. Thank a lot 10 years younger and Clint. 🎉👏🥳💞🙏

If you have chronic inflammation, is the body continuously producing free radicals to combat it, requiring frequent grounding during the day? If so, is the a regimen that should be followed (ground for 10 min every 2 hours)?

Thank you for this excellent and informative video interview. It helps to dispel a lot of the misinformation about grounding and earthing (e.g. dirty electricity). The body works 24/7 to maintain homeostasis but stressful lifestyles lacking good diet and exercise habits interfere with what Clint referred to as the natural state. I'm glad Clint warned about buying products from Amazon because there are many counterfeit products (e.g. vitamins and supplements) that could be ineffective or worse, they could be harmful.

i have yet to hear anyone respond to the math. Math is how we measure things.
Math shows grounding does not give your significant antioxidant electrons.

@@10YearsYounger sounds like you are unwilling or unable to adress the math showing grounding antioxidant electrons are insignificant relative to dietary antioxidants in a small slice of apple. hey, get a life and perhaps, use a grounding device and notice what will happen to your mood if you do so. Considering the fact that electrons are functioning in our body, math is not the way to measure antioxidant activity. You have the logic right but the medium wrong. @@JohnSmith-fj3uf

Hello, sorry, I just want to be really thorough here so forgive me. He didn't really state much about the Emf situation here. You just mentioned something about the industry.. I know that the mats are plugged in to a socket (though the socket isn't on) could stray current come up even though it's all meant to be grounded? Sorry, clearly a female, taking a bit of a male stance here, lol 😅. Just want to make sure this is absolutely safe for folk and myself. I mean, I also live in a built up suburban area and this engineer that, yes, of course, tried it himself instead of buying a mat, with a copper wire going across the bed and grounded outside to a rod started having heart arithmea and stuff. He showed Clint's book on Earthing and also a book called Toxic Electricity.. My friend has a grounding mat she's grounded outside rather than plugging it in, though this fella aforementioned, said thats a bad idea in a built up suburban area. Oh well, we shall see how she feels now. I'll send her this though. Thanks a lot. Great video's! Just on the fence at present. 😊 Hoping that'll change! 🤞💞🙏

There was a big chunk of the interview where he discussed EMFs which did not record for some reason. Basically there's an EMF camp and an earthing camp and they hate each other and always arguing about who is right. I would personally take things from both sides. Clint does say on the video that there's no danger from EMF's

No, the grounding isnt affected by power coming through the cable or lack of.

His info seems I guess good but I do get a similar vibe a little that I get from Morley Robinson which is an anti male sentiment, which women and really a lot of men of course like for whatever reason but I always find it so strange. If you said something insults a female ego people would get upset and yet a ton of things do they take compliments as insults sometimes and are very fragile in that regard.
Also people like Jerry tennet spoke about voltage and even I think grounding many years ago so I don’t know if he’s actually the first he’s just one to popularize it or to some degree I guess popularize it. It’s certainly more common than it was but still a pretty rare thing to do in the west.
Also I don’t know if I’d say a UK house is just automatically going to be grounded as I don’t think they all are and some might think they’re set there due to where they are and they may not be. They still I think check if houses are grounded in the UK which I’d assume they do because they aren’t all grounded.
The anti guy guys egos are hurt guys are damaging their marriage trying to do it themselves all that junk really annoys me. Nearly every guy I know has and is working so hard to support so Kant women in their lives and they get zero credit. Women get an entire month men get one day for Father’s Day and it’s not even treated anywhere near as big as Mother’s Day. Not even vets get an entire month and yet still women are treated like these poor victims. Every guy I know including me has worked as hard as they can to help multiple women they know some guys who are near fully time caregivers for women and those guys are ignored and the few who aren’t perfect are the ones highlighted. I get that women are anti male they always have been and more so now than ever but why so many men are so critical of and against men I can’t understand. And you can just feel it in their perspective it’s always there. The vast majority of men work their butts of to provide they work to help their family and friends but nope there’s a few dudes who’s egos were hurt so that’s what defines men they just have weak egos and make it about themselves and these poor women suffer. It’s just stupid and bigoted and wrong and anyone who judges women like and bases them on the worst among them is attacked and yet it’s fine with dudes. Every firefighter soldier rescue worker just about all of them are dudes who risk their lives for others but no dudes are just these weak ego people so centered on themselves and women are these pure innocent victims at all times. People are just so wrong.
If someone and a divorce over what he mentioned than their marriage was on the way out anyway, women start most divorce and in modern times cause most divorce. And why isn’t it just as possible that guys try to build something themselves because guys are inventive and they’re builders and want to try stuff and sometimes when they build it themselves it does work. Men built civilization and engineered everything it makes sense some would try that. Also we could counter with what of you’re just trying to sell more products and don’t want them doing it themselves? I’ve heard of people who say they had issues with your products and the products of others particularly when plugging into a regular outlet and we don’t fully know even if it’s okay when the outlet is grounded. Sure some guys may be doing it for whatever ego reasons but women do that also and many guys may be so swamped financially they’re trying to save money. Ober has been wealthy for a long time he may have forgotten that regular guys can’t spend like he can. If the outdoors aren’t always usable and they don’t have extra money and they’re trying to care for their sick wife they may trying anything they can to help as so many men do. Course you don’t assume that you assume they’ve just got weak egos. What he’s saying men do because they think they’re smart is exactly the same thing he did. And quite a few regular guys can take a car or motorcycle apart and put it back together again it makes sense they’d think they should be able to figure out grounding.

Please talk to a real health expert Sam Milham MD, MPH about grounding and he will tell you the opposite. Clint is not a health expert and has created a huge mess in quite a few of my clients lives. Grounding can easily create electric fields inside the body. The NIH states that anything above 1 mV/m is a problem and anything lower the science is inconclusive. You can stand on aluminum foil and dissipate the charge.

I am interested in this subject and intuitively feel there is something to this earthing and am willing to try. I am researching the subject a bit more. I have a question that comes from a video I just saw, where the guy "Mic The Vegan" more or less said there were not enough amps with earthing for it to drive the electrons throughout the body to affect any real health benefits. He also discredits a lot of the published studies on earthing as being not really scientific. Can you provide a comment on the amp issue? I am not an electrician and have very little knowledge of this subject.

I think you just need to try a mat or walking outside bearfoot and see for yourself. There's lots of haters that pop up on this subject. You don't have to spend a penny on anything, if you're in a warm country just get outside and be in contact with Earth. See if your sleep improves/ less inflamation etc.
