I ran into his shopping cart in a supermarket 10 years ago here in Delaware. I was like Jazzy Jeff and he was like whats up man. He shook my hand and I told him he was the Goat of DJ's

Had the honor of seeing this man live and he is the definition of what I call a real DJ. He’s not just pressing buttons, he actually performs and his scratches and transitions are flawless. I highly recommend watching him live.
No actually Another DJ from Philly name DJ spinbad invented the transformer scratch, DJ Cash Money reformed it to sound good and Jazzy Jeff made it popular because he was the biggest DJ out of Philly at the time

Hundreds, maybe even over a thousand live dj sets from Soo many different genres of talent. I can say out of all of these wax magicians......NOBODY... For real no BS. Nobody can cut up the decks like jazzy Jeff. Like maybe craze or kid koala are like in the same category or level, but real talk jazzy Jeff is like Tyson among the heavyweights. The man is just a different breed. He's getting old I doubt he tours much but if u ever have the chance to see him spin...it will rock your world leave u like😧😦😮😯😲😳😨😱🤯
