I like a lot of this. You know I’ve learned some really hard relationship lessons. I think it’s important to note here that more important than what you specifically are looking for is that what’s important is the emphasis on relationship and working together… example I’m recently remarried I’ve spent a lot of time before working in therapy on myself right I was a single mom for a long time so I understand so many different parts of this I feel like but getting remarried this time it’s about the conversations right, my husband is military he does good but when we were first together and first newly married our two kids at home were school age and I very much love to do my job it’s very artistic and a source of out let for me. And not having kids home most of the day it wasn’t an issue for him or I had but it was very much discussed right like we have discussion about what we need what we want and we work together towards the same goals I think that is the biggest thing really everybody has somewhat different wants needs ect the important parts are communication and similar interests and goals. I also think super masculine women were probably in some way forced to be in that position and maybe are to scared to let it go or haven’t found someone who lines with their needs and wants I definitely think there is someone for everyone energy wise. We decided to have a baby this year we definitely talked about what we desired and how it would work best for us and I was pretty clear about my desires that I wanted to be home this time I don’t want to send a baby to daycare until preschool time ish. I quit working at around 6 months pregnant my husband took a job getting paid more money we made some sacrifices financially ect but both of us being on the same page is ultimately important. There’s definitely not one way it has to be but it definitely has to be reciprocated and working together on everything yes he does all the work outside but what I do also here is a part of what makes the things work as well. We all want to just be peaceful in our homes. And it takes both parties to achieve that type of peace. And there isn’t anywhere else I ever want to be ✌️🎉
@lifes_good_podcast I literally had a come to Jesus moment where I told God I hate being an independent woman. She's unhappy, uptight, running around like a chicken with it's head off. He said to me Good now let's get to work. I was like Ayeeeee Jesus but that took me on an amazing journey that I try to convey to other women like myself
I believe ALL women will be submissive when in the right environment. I personally am tired of being independent and strong.. I want my protector and leader who allows me to live in my femininity!!!! Once you show me I can trust you and my walls are down you can lead all the way sir!!! I’ll follow suit.. But until then Im working on myself and relationship with God he will provide!!
