I made the ranks and everything but when i save it and paste the code in game and then try to use /lp user (user name) parent set owner and it doesnt work
it gives me a small problem, every time I log on to my server or some time passes I always have to do /ne reload because it doesn't load the overhead tag and I have to do it over and over again, how do I solve it?
I have a problem why when I set the nametag over the player and it disconnects and the connection disappears? I don't have it, how do I fix it? to still have it
Try using your prefix then a space and then a color code for the name eg. "&c[ADMIN] &c". Otherwise, If you are using an older version of minecraft like 1.8-1.12 there is a maximum character limit of 15 characters which means if you have too many characters, the prefix might get cut off and touch the name.

What type of npc? If you install Citizens plugin you can do /npc create. If you want to add commands to them, install CommandNPCs. If you want npcs for bungeecord servers install ServerNPC or BungeeNPC
remove {suffix} from chat-formatting in the lpc config then check everything to make sure you didnt accidently add a suffix somewhere. it could also be a weird plugin like multiverse.

NameTagEdit doesn't support 1.18+, so sadly I can't use it, since I don't want to degrade the version on my server.

Its not saving my color and when i go in file to edit it deletes all my groups
the lpc file is just for formatting the chat of ranks all the rest of the colors can be done in luckperms editor and nte
