I cant believe how long it took me to come across this. It’s literally the only song that i can perfectly relate too! I was hospitalised the day after christmas back when i was 18 as i had a diabetic ketoacidosis attack. Up until that point i had no issues. The stress of it all still affects me. That was what along with my dad being diagnosed type 2 then later type 1 is what made me become a Diabetic ambassador and now i regularly do charity funds and hear the news that we are ever getting closer to a cure. To everyone else who is and has struggled like me. You are not alone! ❤

I wouldn't have discovered this song if I hadn't been diagnosed with LADA Diabetes last month :( I've been feeling so down and this songs is so relatable now, I hope you both are doing okay It's really a struggle but we still have a lot to live for. Thank you for making this song
I am type 1 of diabete and I didnt got it from a simple appointement with doctor, it was a big accident causing it and I've been admitted in hospital's emergencies. I was dehydrated and almost died. So I think it is important to share good vibe and explain to people that our routine is nothing dealing with diabete 1. I LOVE IT AMANDA!!!! this song is so catchy and lively though it's about a physical condition. Never knew you were suffering from diabetes...but i'm so proud of how you made this into a song with Sope!
I wouldn't say 'suffering' per se, that's also the message we're trying to bring across! You don't have to suffer even if you're diagnosed with diabetes ❤️
