Nice, I’ve never tried to go past 6 reps with 225. My guess is I’d probably top out at like 9, maybe 10 on a really good day. Definitely not 20. That’s awesome!
Freddy Ruiz I started out in the gym when I was 15 at 110lbs body weight so I have been going for about 8 years but only about 4 or so years since I started learning a lot more about training and taking it more seriously
