1.25 C milk
1/4 C oil
1/2 C sugar
1.25 C Flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs baking powder

Yummy. Thanks for the recipe.
At first I thought this was going to be cookies, but alas it's muffins.
I have a box of GF Bran flakes and raisins, so I'll keep this recipe in mind and use a mashed banana instead of the milk.
