I've been using the NuFace Trinity for almost two and a half years now - just turned 71. I've been very happy with it. To be clear, it isn't a miracle worker. It also doesn't seem to have much effect on my wrinkles. It has, however, helped enormously with laxity just under my jowls, with a fold of skin that had developed between my eyes (now gone), and with some sagging in my cheeks that was causing the corners of my mouth to turn down, one side especially. It also helps with my eyelid sagging. It has a mild toning effect on the face muscles and gives my face a healthier color. The Trinity has five levels. It's not comfortable on my neck at the highest level so I use a lower level there and still get good results. I certainly agree that if you are looking for wrinkle elimination, there may be better at home devices, and that if you're very saggy, you won't get dramatic results from the NuFace - but, based on my experience and that of at least some over 50s, that doesn't mean it won't help you.
I just got the nuface mini as it was highly recommended and Ulta had it on sale at a significantly reduced price. I told myself I could still return it. Since I’m 68 and while I’ve been wearing sunscreen since the 80’s I inherited my dad’s jowls. I thought I might be too late. My goal was 3 days on, one day off. I do have a cup of water to rehydrate the gel. I use it on high. Within 2 weeks the difference in my jowls is pretty dramatic, my turkey neck is improved. I find it rather meditative so it’s easy to keep at it. I bought it a week before Black Friday….. I love it!
Hi Clare, I have used micro current for about 10 years now, & love it because it has always made me look youthful. I started with the Tua Viso & the Tua Trend which only need water without the gel. I love them, & still have them. The NuFace didn't do much for me, but I had both, along with the mini. I have the NRGY that's made from Truth treatments with both micro current & EMS, ( a bit strong, but effective. I purchased the Myolift QT & it is fast & easy to use, & it works. But recently I purchased the Halo Ziip & absolutely love it, & use it every other day. But my holy grail is the MiTama, which gives you an instant facial for at least 2 days. You just apply a sheet mask & place your electrodes on top & sit back & relax. I love it, & will never be without it!!!! I also purchased the Jane Mann Lift probe that you can attach to the MiTama, or the Myolift Qt or the Pico Tone, (which I don't have), And the Lift probe does a wonderful microcurrent job too! I also use the Omnilux LED mask daily alternating with the Qure, that only takes 3 minutes. Microcurrent & LED keeps me glowing!!!!
I am one of the people who experienced facial fat loss from a microcurrent device. I used the Foreo Bear for about 2 years and my face became visibly flatter and hollower with every use. I thought it was lymph drainage at first. So continued using it (which was a big mistake!). I lost volume everywhere I used the device. I saw no benefits. No lifting, no toning, no improvement to skin texture. I had initially begun using it in my early 30s as a preventative measure as I was noticing the beginning of shadows in the jowel area. I was hoping for some lifting or slowing down of this getting worse. Needless to say, the opposite happened! I have also always had a very full, round face and it was like the device ate my face and completely changed my facial shape! My cheeks vanished. My buccal fat is gone and my temples are now deep and hollow. I went through 3 Bear devices and all 3 developed the same fault within a few months (the middle light not lighting up ypon skin contact - if this light is not on then the microcurrent is not conducting). And all three did give me little uncomfortable shocks at times. I used as directed. I have managed to rebuild my cheeks a little bit using Adipeau for 6 months, but it didn't work on any other areas of the face and my face has never been the same 2 years after discontinuing microcurrent. So, I would advise caution and say it does come with a risk of facial fat loss without seeing any benefits for some people. Until we understand why this is, it's a game of Russian Roulette with your face!
That’s so scary especially as the fat will disappear naturally anyways. What a nightmare! I’m sorry you had to deal with that. My face is starting to droop but I am too scared to try anything. Seeing your comment only makes me even more nervous.
wow, I've been using it for 1 month (nuface) and same thing... after so many damages from aesthetics medecine too... I wanted to recover from this but it's worse now
I wasted money on the Nuface and I am really annoyed with myself!! I found it a total pain in the bum applying the gel and then using the device. I found it took longer than I had anticipated and it really annoyed my husband when I used it at night!!!! I gave it a go, religiously, for nearly a year, and saw no difference whatsoever!! So it now gathering dust!! I do love the CurrentBody LED mask that is so much easier to use - because I can get on with a few things around the house/or at work (from home!!!). I am interested in the new Maysama device, but I' wait til I see your interview with Bev first. These things are so flippin expensive and the research seems so scant that I often wonder if we are being sold a pig-in-a-poke!!!
I also bought the NuFace only for it to now be sitting in my bottom drawer. I think it helped keep my jowls toned but I do know what you mean about the lack of scientific evidence for these devices. Love the CurrentBody mask.
The Ziip Gx was given as a gift to me. I love it. I badly hurt my hand also years ago now, I used the Zip on it and daily pain and my doctor said permident untreatable arthritis went away after I used the Ziip on my hand for about a year and it never came back. Woah. What does it do for our face if that happens?! Cool.
Hi Clare, like you, i own both Ziip's, and I have to say the Halo is making such a difference, apart from the lift, the glow it leaves on my skin is just amazing. 4 minutes a day is totally do-able, and so much easier without the app. Nuface did nothing for me. Looking forward to hearing about Maysama Urchin. I can definitely see the improvements on your face Clare, your skin looks so much more tighter, lifted and ......well, just so healthy, from when I first started watching your first video, so well done. Love your channel. Thank you for your amazing research, it is appreciated.x
Hi, I read you have both Ziip. I have the first model GX. I've never seen much improve using it, maybe because I used it only three times a week. However, do you raccomend the new Ziip Halo? It's worth the buy? Thanks, Manuela
I love the ZIIP!!! It’s the only device I have stuck with because of how easy it’s to use. Overall it’s a great device! I also love the Myolyft Mini, I use that one once a month.
Hi Clare. Thank you so much for this video. I had the Foreo Bear and found myself not using it because I couldn’t just pick it up and use it. I always had to use the app and, if my phone was downstairs or in another room, I would often not bother. In theory, once you’ve downloaded and registered the Bear, and set it up on the app, you should be able to use the Bear without the app but it never worked for me. I bought the Ziip Halo and I love it. I, like you, do the 4 minute workout about 5 times a week. I find it comfortable and very ergonomic whereas the Foreo Bear was less comfortable to hold in my hand. Thank you for the cheaper, alternative conductor gels/serums too. Some of the branded ones are very expensive. Great video, as always. 😊
I think the Ziip is a miraculous device. The more I use it the more impressed I am. I am coming up to 8 months of using it and after learning more, really finding a benefit from some programs for chronic rosacea damage and also overall skin look. Now I use the founders favorite nano current twice in a row at the end while watching something and see an amazing benefit. I am always surprised this device is not more wll known. It is incredible.
I’ve had the nuface and clareblend mini and got the ziip halo this week. The ziip is amazing! I’ve really seen a difference already. You’re looking lovely Claire, really pretty ❤️🥰
Thank you so much. I did a lot of research before buying two different devices (one of which I gave to my 40 year old daughter). I mentioned this in comments back in December. The one I use and love is the Pico Toner. It is strong enough for the body. Not inexpensive, but it gives you some options. Case in point, the Pico Toner comes with metallic gloves, so no conductive gel is needed. You only need to wet the gloves. I purchased the options of the ANMA and wands, and for those items you do need to use a conductive gel. With the gloves, I can give myself a hand treatment while watching a movie with my husband. It is worth it just for what it has done with my hands! Now, as to your point about the skin/muscle jumping, you do not want this. With the Pico Toner, you can set the device at a low setting, and you can increase the power, as you need. Obviously, the thick knee skin will take a stronger power versus the delicate skin on the neck.
I just received my pico toner, so am so glad to hear that you like this. I have had the Nuface and the Ziip and am not crazy about them and did not see any results on my 61 year old face. Hopefully the pico toner will be better. It is a bit intimidating though, so I am going through the learning curve right now.
You forgot to mention the gloves last for about max 30 uses, and for someone that lives outside of US they charge shipping 100$.I bought pico thinking it would last longer and I didn't have to invest in it all the time.Honestly, I had better results with 25$ toners frim wishlist. And not to mention heart throbing when pico is at it'd strongest.
@@annwaltzerif you got it will gloves you'll be disappointed.I kept changing the batteries thinking the capacity went down by at least 80% within couple of uses, but no, it was the gloves, they were no longer conductive, in less than 30 uses. Waste of money. They cost 50$ plus shipping is always 100$.
I had to stop using microcurrent because I developed rosacea and the microcurrent seemed to trigger it. I am sad about it because I think it really did help keep everything around my eyes lifted. The first one I ever had was the one from Suzanne Somers.
I need to say I don’t think the microcurrent causes the rosacea - i just think it triggers it. I had switched from the Suzanne Somers one to the Myolift Mini, which is stronger and maybe, like you said in the video, it is too strong and stressed my skin.
O how i woul love to have a nice microcurrent device! In South Africa there is not much of a good choice to choose from...I do microcurrent, LED light, basically everything!!...but not all devices all equal. Love to watch(ALL) your videos and interesting topics with Dr's and Dermatologists - facts that are based on science. Love my gadgets!!!
I tried the NuFace a while back but returned it. I found it really uncomfortable and knew I'd never stick with it. I'm very interested to see your next installment. The microcurrent plus red light might be the way to go. Thanks for your hard work!
I have the Foreo Bear. I love it. I already had the start of jowls. It has not made them disappear, but I do think it has helped to slow their progress. I have only ever used spray on mineral water and Aloe Vera. I like the wake up feel it gives me. I have used it for 2yrs and I am 72 years old and I receive complementary remarks regarding my skin!
Do you have good results from foreo bear 2? I have to choose a gift for my birthday and I can not decide between foreo bear 2, nu face, ziip or MyoLift. I would opt for foreo bear 2
A device very much like the NuFace came out in the 90s. I was working for a TV station at the time and sold the broadcast time for infomercials so I got one for free. I had some premature aging at the time (in my mid 30s) so I was keen to see if it helped. Tried it pretty religiously for almost a year and saw nothing in the way of improvement. You could certainly feel the current but I never got any benefit. Maybe they are different now, but I won’t spend that much money on something that will likely do very little.
For many devices, it’s always techniques. There’s specific techniques to be applied for desirable and optimal result. Like where to hold the probes, and how long you hold it for. Muscles in our face and bodies are like pulley system. You have to apply the device in the right area to achieve another area to lift up. Just like cars… you can’t say a car is awful, it really depends on the driver.
@@GabrielSanchez-iz8uq working the face is not enough. The key is working on the neck and nape of neck area and hold. If that is not done, the other muscles will not hold up.
Thank you for sharing, Clare. I always enjoy how in-depth your videos are, so I've learnt a lot about my favourite modality as well. I personally do see a lot of change with my bear, I wasn't too keen on the nuface though. And I do agree, it's important to be realistic with our expectations, so if you've already got some significant sagging, it won't be as effective
I bought a Vega LED Space Touch. Just to realize my husband already surprised me with one at Christmas. I paid $4000 for it brand new box not opened. Now I want to sell it.
I just found you channel and I am enjoying it very much. ❤️ I'm looking forward to your discussion on the Urchin. I have a red light mask but I rarely use it since I have to stop everything and sit or lay down with it. Also, there are so many devices out there: RF, microcurrent, LED/redlight, non-fractional laser; what have you found is the best for aging sagging jowls/chin.
So glad you like the channel. So I use both microcurrent and a red light mask but I only wear the mask for 6 minutes at a time so it’s super-quick but I still get results. These are the two anti-aging technologies I can really recommend for long-term use. I would definitely get the red light mask back out! If you are looking for solutions for more advanced skin sagging I would look to a clinical treatment like CO2 laser or RF microneedling but only with a highly experienced medical professional.
I have been using a Nuface for decades now. I am not sure if it has maintained a lift or not. I guess I would have to stop using it for a while to see if there was a difference. On a rare occasion I may have felt a little bit occur but generally speaking I have never been bothered with the current as long as I use enough gel. My aesthetician told me that it was important to use a fair bit of gel. I buy ultrasound gel online in a large professional size container and so it is much cheaper.
Your product reviews have been the most helpful to me, so thank you! I started using the EvenSkyn Venus because of your reviews, and I also use LED face and neck masks, Current Body's LED Eye Perfector and a NuFace Mini. Would you agree the Venus isn't needed with the other devices? It did nothing for morning puffiness, which was my reason for using it, so I may only be duplicating other treatments. I'm also going to drop the NuFace and use the Urchin because it includes sonic vibration. I'd like to keep it simple while covering all bases! (No RF for me.) Thank you for your advice! Kathy
I’m so glad you find the reviews helpful - it was really helping reduce fluid retention around my eyes that I found the Venus most helpful for. I still use it to help keep my oil glands open in summer when the pollen is high but I use an LED eye mask for rejuvenation. What you’re suggesting makes sense to me.
I haven't been faithful with my Nuface but I remember the first time I used it, I really saw a lift! But after that I don't think I experienced any other visible result. I am hoping you can do a video on this regarding sun protection. I don't think anybody has done anything like this. My question is about dark (black) clothing vs light clothing (white). Which one is better for sun protection? While I only know that black absorbs heat and white can deflect light, very limited knowledge, I really want to know the science behind it. I think this will be an interesting topic if you can get some derms speaking on this especially the Asian doctor you had on your show before. :)
Darker colors absorb UV rays, so they help to block them from your skin. That's why dark blue, black, or dark red are better than lighter clothing (in the sun) because they absorb more (thus block more).
Hi Clare, thanks for sharing your info in such a concise and clear way. Have you ever tried the Nuskin galvanic spa device? Nuskin was one of the first to come out with such devices and I think Nu Face piggybacked on their name. Nuskin is using galvanic currents. I am not sure what the big difference is, if any.
@@thehonestchannel I am based in Berlin, but am from the USA. Nuskin seems more popular in Europe and I think it might have something to do with the products offered in Europe which are more varied. I am selling the products as an affiliate but have become curious about the ZIIP halo. Can one also become an affiliate for this as well? If so, could you lead me in the right direction. Thanks!
So glad you enjoy the channel! I tend to stick with the gentler devices because I feel they're better for my skin long term so I'm not the best person to try out the Newa I'm afraid. Sorry to disappoint!
I have issues with hypertrophy of the masseters due to clenching and grinding, which is a side effect to necessary medication I'm on. I actually worry about muscle stimulating devices because my masseters actually give me a band from my cheek/ear to my neck, which isn't particularly flattering.
I've been using Foreo for a year, but haven't seen long term benefits. Maybe an instant very mild lift. Used them on the bone near the eye to lift the eyelid but nothing happened :( By the way Clare, today you look so beautiful (you always do! But the color of your shirt made you shine brighter)! Thank you for another amazing video! PS: Have you heard about a treatment called Softwave? Doctors claim it does what Ulthera does, but without risks of fat loss.
Which foreo have you been using? Foreo bear 2 ? On their website they mention the new model is different . I have to decide to buy a device and I don’t know which one is the best .
Hi Clare, I have been bombarded with ads for the 'Rachel Rivers Facelift Wand' and you feature in their ad!!! However I cant find your review of this product on your channel ... did you test it out and what are your thoughts? Thanks a mill. Mairéad x
I love how you made it simple to understand, thank you for that! I have tried nuface first and I have also felt discomfort, so I bought the bear and it actually feels good and the results are delivered. I can honestly recommend it
With regards to facial fat loss, as you mentioned that would be nice for under the chin or maybe along the jowls but not good in the upper cheeks or forehead area. Do any of these devices have settings that would allow for a little bit of facial fat loss in some areas that can be adjusted to not lose fat in other areas?
hey, I have a very specific question. i think you have two ziip halo devices ? can you please test if you hold only one contact per device to the skin, does the current go from one device to the other? it would be so great to treat the face with two devices. i only have one device and unfortunately i can't test it.
This is so confusing to me. My plastic surgeon uses Botox to weaken the DAO and platysma muscles because he explained that these pull down and accelerate marionettes and sagging. I can’t imagine wanting to strengthen them to prevent aging. I also wonder if it would interfere with the effects of my Botox or counteract it entirely.
I think you probably have to pick one of two routes. You’re working your muscles to strengthen them (this helps with both bone and skin health but you can still get new line formation) or you’re freezing and weakening them.
Hi, I thought I can add to this as it may be helpful. I’ve had the nuface mini and the larger one and never saw much difference. I used them religiously. I got the ziip halo, arrived on Wednesday and holy moly, I can see a real difference. For me, it blows nuface out the water. I like it more than my clareblend mini which is another very decent microcurrent device.
So glad you enjoy my videos! I have stepped away from the more powerful at home devices like RF because I feel, for my skin, I benefit more from using gentler forms of energy and actives.
Please take this as the compliment it is meant to be... you might want to reconsider your makeup routine because In my opinion, you look significantly younger without any makeup on.
Plenty of commentary across various forums/groups regarding quality issues with the Halo. At the price they cost, you would expect better. There are alternatives if anyone is interested.
The problem with figuring out these devices for me is that people say: I used it x years or for 2 weeks and see dramatic improvement, but never say how long they are using it?? There are quickie programs and longer programs; are people mixing it up, just doing the shorter programs or always doing the longer timed programs? With all the variability in use, it would be helpful to know! Also good to know you felt the Nuface- I couldn' feel a thing. I just got it and I can't feel anything, unlike my ZIIP. Maybe mine broke in shipping, idk.
Glad you enjoyed it. I think the answer would depend on how advanced the signs of aging are on your skin. It's definitely enough for helping get blood flowing to the skin and delaying the signs of aging, probably not enough for more advanced loss of elasticity. Hope that makes sense.
I have the Myolift QT & love it too, along with my new Haol Ziip. But the best in the west for me is the MiTama. You just sit back & get a professional face lift!!!! My Fav!
Hi all, I have the Clareblend mini micro current device. I’m wonwondering if any of you have tried the Clareblend and also the ZIIP and if you have any feedback on one being better than the other or if you prefer using the zip more?thanks in advance for any feedback. 🙏🏼😊
Omg I’m tired of researching! I’m wrinkling as I listen! I have read many reviews of older women saying it helped their sagging so I feel like you’re discouraging some
My problem areas are upper lip lines and forehead lines. I'm 61 and I use Oneskin, which I really like. Crow's feet have lessened quite a bit. I also do red light therapy. Is there anything that helps with lips and forehead lines?
As far as home devices go, I think red light is helpful for deeper lines. It's subtle but, in combination with my skincare routine, I think I've seen an improvement so it's worth continuing with.
I have just started using a micro current device. I have quite a few metal fillings and when I go near my mouth it’s so uncomfortable it’s like I have tiny foil in my mouth, I don’t get a metal taste it’s just extremely sensitive against my teeth. I don’t know if this is common or if it is just the one I have? Would like your feedback please ?
I think the stronger the current the more likely it is to cause sensations like that. If you're able to turn down the power level that might help. I don't find this an issue with the ZIIP
I feel very cautious about RF because of the potential for fat loss. I would definitely choose a well-known brand with a clear track record if you're looking for a device and go very easy to begin with so you can see how your skin responds. From what I can tell from viewer feedback, most people seem to be fine with these devices but occasionally - and we don't know why - people report fat loss.
What is your experience with Myolift q 10 . Has any of you tried that one? Can you please tell me what is your experience? Thanks. It is from 7E Wellnes I think. You can use it hands free and you can use it with glows. Thank you
Do you think these devices would work for men that have beards? Or do you think that the device would need to have direct contact without beard interference
Might be a good idea to reach out to the maker of the device you're interested in to ask if they have any suggestions or anecdotal information around using microcurrent with a beard.
I use RF only sparingly now after doing a lot of research into the risk of facial fat loss. This video explains everything I know and how I use it safely th-cam.com/video/l7BPdR6_uxY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=oN4D-VCanLu5uD43
Microcurrent helps but I haven't found a miracle worker there. After years of testing out different products I firmly believe it's more about a solid long-term skincare routine than one home device.
@@thehonestchannel I have a dropped eyebrow from a lack of muscular activity. It’s bee like that since childhood but became very noticeable in the past year. So I’m wondering if the devices can revive the muscle that lifts that brow so that I can have more symmetrical brows.
It was my understanding that one always needs to use a conductive gel, ie one with minerals in it, when using a microcurrent device. And yet you said you've used one on a damp face and another with just hyaluronic acid. So how are we supposed to know which devices need the specialized microcurrent gels with minerals or simply use water or something like hyaluronic acid? I found this extremely confusing and hope that you will please clear this up. Thank you.
I use damp skin with the Phoenix which is a dermaroller with an extremely low current so it’s a little different to something like the NuFace. If you spend more and get a conductive gel you may well enjoy some benefits, and it may conduct better, but you don’t need to splash out on the expensive ones. I’ll do a bit of research on this and create a dedicated video on the best solutions to use and why.
What you are saying is a bit misleading. If device uses a microcurrent it does relax muscles, not doing the high intensity muscle exercise. Millicurrent can do it, and actually Foreo is a millicurrent device contrary to what the manufacturer declares. And whether either current can reduce the face fat - it’s a big question. Testing of any of these devices have been conducted on humans for any of action on anti aging, skin rejuvenation or even long time safety. And I am questioning it even more because it’s not difficult to do such a study. The studies you refer to are either on mices with unknown devise, strength and other parameters, and another is for wound healing - are we healing wounds? I am buying a ZIIP for swelling after surgery and my budget will not suffer even if it does nothing to my face and my plastic surgeon already did the rejuvenation job. He actually told me that nothing helps with face rejuvenation as 30 min work: oxygenation, blood circulation, limpharic drainage. And advised me not to waste money on only LED (unless it’s professional) or any other procedures or devices
@@thehonestchannel then can you say with a high level of confidence whether A) microcurrent is a high intensity muscle stimulation OR muscle relaxation and B) each of the device you are mentioning is working within the micro current range. I made my study and what I hear in your video contradicts to it. I might be wrong too. Therefore, I am asking these two questions to align our information.
@@Perthumery It's not clear from your comments what your evidence is other than what your plastic surgeon has told you. I have shared what my statements are based on in this video. Some of it is my opinion based on my own experience and other statements are based on published studies.
It’s an interesting perspective. I think a lot of consumers would say the results speak for themselves. I regard it as an important part of my maintenance routine for keeping my jawline toned.
Hi. I don't think microcurrent offers dramatic results for more advanced sagging - it's great as a preventative treatment and does give a slight lift with skin and muscle toning but for more advanced sagging I would look at clinical options.
Great to hear your experience, thank you.
Ziip works for eye wrinkles too?
Thank you!
It’s good to hear reviews of regular people outside the brands (or reseller) websites where they can cherry pick reviews.

I’m sorry you had to deal with that. My face is starting to droop but I am too scared to try anything. Seeing your comment only makes me even more nervous.
I too saw fat loss using Foreo , would love to try Adipeau. In your opinion could it increase fat volume under the eyes?
@cherylwilliams4245 Hi Cheryl, Unfortunately, I don't think Adipeau did anything for me. It definitely did not work under the eyes.
wow, I've been using it for 1 month (nuface) and same thing... after so many damages from aesthetics medecine too...
Cool.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
I love the Myolift. I use the gloves, so no gel. Really enjoy your channel.
Thank you! I really appreciate your encouraging words - and so glad you're seeing benefits with the Halo too. It's a great device.
Hi, I read you have both Ziip. I have the first model GX. I've never seen much improve using it, maybe because I used it only three times a week. However, do you raccomend the new Ziip Halo? It's worth the buy? Thanks, Manuela
I had the nuface for years .. I love it .. I recently got the bear and I use it when I’m in a hurry or traveling.
Which bear are you using? I have the Bear 1 and I love it, but I'm thinking about upgrading to the Bear 2.
I love the ZIIP!!! It’s the only device I have stuck with because of how easy it’s to use. Overall it’s a great device! I also love the Myolyft Mini, I use that one once a month.
how is myolift different than zip?
@@juliamihasastrology4427MyLift have Erase mode and two electrodes. No so travel friendly.
Does it cause fat loss?
It’s always helpful to hear people’s different experiences so thanks for this! Glad you’re loving the ZIIP. I’ve had a few positive comments about it!
The Bear can be used manually but it can be alittle hit and miss. The face needs to be more moist when used manual.
Really good to hear this ❤️
I’ve had the nuface and clareblend mini and got the ziip halo this week. The ziip is amazing! I’ve really seen a difference already. You’re looking lovely Claire, really pretty ❤️🥰
Thank you ❤️ And I’m so glad you’re seeing benefits with the ZIIP. It’s expensive but does stand out on performance and comfort.
I've been a NuFace use since 2020. Would you mind explaining in more detail your results from the ziip vs. NuFace? Sounds interesting.
Does it cause def loss
Thanks for sharing this Lisa!

Sorry to hear that. I do think strong current can be too aggressive.
Great video Clare. Like you I love micro current and have been using it for quite a while for subtle but noticeable results
Thanks Claudia. Sending love ❤️
Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
I switched to Foreo Bear 2 and never looked back. Fantastic microcurrent device
Do you have good results from foreo bear 2? I have to choose a gift for my birthday and I can not decide between foreo bear 2, nu face, ziip or MyoLift. I would opt for foreo bear 2
@@carlapedro4406 so what did you choose at the end? :)
Thanks for sharing your experience. You may have heard me say in the video I see them first and foremost as a preventative tool.
These devices just don't work! I was lucky enough to be able to return one after one year of religious usage...no effects whatsoever
@@GabrielSanchez-iz8uq working the face is not enough. The key is working on the neck and nape of neck area and hold. If that is not done, the other muscles will not hold up.
I've had my recently arrived jowels go away after using microcurrent. I'm going to keep it up.
I tried the NuFace too and had to return it because it made my teeth-roots (right word?) very sensitive! Thank you for your work🙏🏼
Oooh, that sounds uncomfortable!
Greetings Clare! With nothing but respect.........you're such a beautiful lady. May God continue to bless you and yours.
Thank you! You too!❤️
@@thehonestchannel You're very welcome and thanks to you as well.
I'm using the Bear and it's really comfortable to use on my skin. It feels much more supple after using it.
@TheHonestChannel Thank you for the info. I'll dust off the LED mask out and follow the 6 min recommendation! 👍❤️
Thanks for sharing your experience! ❤️
Interesting. I will see if I can find someone who knows!
Darker colors absorb UV rays, so they help to block them from your skin. That's why dark blue, black, or dark red are better than lighter clothing (in the sun) because they absorb more (thus block more).
Light rays bounce off of white, and most skin protection clothing is white. Also look at what the Saudi royalty wears. They don’t wear dark colors!
Thanks Danielle. I haven't tried the Nuskin device. Looks interesting.
Thanks!
Can you possibly review the new newa cordless device? LOVE your channel. Thankyou 💫
Do the micro current gels clog pores ? After each session should I wash off the gel before I continue with the rest of my routine ?
Love your channel. Would you address scientific findings of red light/led lights on skin of colour? Also microcurrent devices.
Thank you Kerry! I will do this for sure
I've been using Foreo for a year, but haven't seen long term benefits. Maybe an instant very mild lift. Used them on the bone near the eye to lift the eyelid but nothing happened :(
By the way Clare, today you look so beautiful (you always do! But the color of your shirt made you shine brighter)!

I love how you made it simple to understand, thank you for that! I have tried nuface first and I have also felt discomfort, so I bought the bear and it actually feels good and the results are delivered. I can honestly recommend it
Good to hear!
There is no research around this, only anecdotal reports of fat loss from some users but I would suspect this is a small minority.
@@thehonestchannel I really appreciate you following up with responses. Its refreshing.
hey,
I have a very specific question.
i think you have two ziip halo devices ?
can you please test if you hold only one contact per device to the skin, does the current go from one device to the other?
it would be so great to treat the face with two devices.
i only have one device and unfortunately i can't test it.
Thank you for this would you recommend the ziip over the nuface? I have a nuface but haven’t used it consistently
😊
Hi, I thought I can add to this as it may be helpful. I’ve had the nuface mini and the larger one and never saw much difference. I used them religiously. I got the ziip halo, arrived on Wednesday and holy moly, I can see a real difference. For me, it blows nuface out the water. I like it more than my clareblend mini which is another very decent microcurrent device.

I have to agree - and I know the Halo is expensive but it’s a great device.
I agree about the Ziip halo. Love it
I love to watch your videos.
Can you talk about "Amiro RF"?
Thank you!
So glad you enjoy my videos! I have stepped away from the more powerful at home devices like RF because I feel, for my skin, I benefit more from using gentler forms of energy and actives.
Hi Clare, are there less expensive alternatives for the ZIIP halo gel that are sold in Europe?
Please take this as the compliment it is meant to be... you might want to reconsider your makeup routine because In my opinion, you look significantly younger without any makeup on.
A few people have said that over the years! I feel naked without it 😁
Plenty of commentary across various forums/groups regarding quality issues with the Halo. At the price they cost, you would expect better. There are alternatives if anyone is interested.
I'll take a look - thanks for flagging.
Any experiences on sunken eyes , hyperpigmentation, double chin reduction with ziip?
The problem with figuring out these devices for me is that people say: I used it x years or for 2 weeks and see dramatic improvement, but never say how long they are using it?? There are quickie programs and longer programs; are people mixing it up, just doing the shorter programs or always doing the longer timed programs? With all the variability in use, it would be helpful to know! Also good to know you felt the Nuface- I couldn' feel a thing. I just got it and I can't feel anything, unlike my ZIIP. Maybe mine broke in shipping, idk.
Fair points here. I use mine roughly every other day and just for a few minutes at a time.
There are tutorials on how to use and how long. On TH-cam;
Hello! Thank you for the informations. What's your opinion on Geske's microcurrent skin scrubber & blackhead remover?
Hi. I haven't tried those products I'm afraid. Glad you found the info in this video helpful : )
hi thanks so much the information ,nut i need know more is micro current compare with bio micro current . TQ
Great video. Do you think that the Phoenix is enough? I like gentle devices. :-)
Glad you enjoyed it. I think the answer would depend on how advanced the signs of aging are on your skin. It's definitely enough for helping get blood flowing to the skin and delaying the signs of aging, probably not enough for more advanced loss of elasticity. Hope that makes sense.
no mention on microlift QT... or did i miss it?
I haven’t tried them all so just sharing the ones I have that I’ve liked best.
I have the Myolift QT & love it too, along with my new Haol Ziip. But the best in the west for me is the MiTama. You just sit back & get a professional face lift!!!! My Fav!
Hi all,
I have the Clareblend mini micro current device. I’m wonwondering if any of you have tried the Clareblend and also the ZIIP
and if you have any feedback on one being better than the other or if you prefer using the zip more?thanks in advance for any feedback. 🙏🏼😊
I haven't tried the Clareblend I'm afraid - though I should have with that name! I'm Clare too.
I've been using the myolift for a couple of weeks now and haven't seen any different yet! 🙄
Results can be pretty subtle but hopefully they improve over the next few weeks 🤞
Omg I’m tired of researching! I’m wrinkling as I listen! I have read many reviews of older women saying it helped their sagging so I feel like you’re discouraging some
I can only share my own experience truthfully.
Thank you for the info! Love your channel!
Can I please get your opinion on RF at home devices such as Amiro? Thank you.
Thank you
I haven't tried that one I'm afraid.
Do you think these devices would work for men that have beards? Or do you think that the device would need to have direct contact without beard interference
Might be a good idea to reach out to the maker of the device you're interested in to ask if they have any suggestions or anecdotal information around using microcurrent with a beard.
What do you think of the Lumo now? Have you stopped using it? I recall it being a favorite of yours in the past, if i am not mistaken…
I use RF only sparingly now after doing a lot of research into the risk of facial fat loss. This video explains everything I know and how I use it safely th-cam.com/video/l7BPdR6_uxY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=oN4D-VCanLu5uD43
Thank you!
I’m getting painful “zaps” with the Ziip Halo. Is this normal? Thanks 😊
You can be aware of the current at points but it shouldn’t feel painful - prickly maybe.
Are there any devices you would recommend to lift the brows?
Microcurrent helps but I haven't found a miracle worker there. After years of testing out different products I firmly believe it's more about a solid long-term skincare routine than one home device.
@@thehonestchannel I have a dropped eyebrow from a lack of muscular activity. It’s bee like that since childhood but became very noticeable in the past year. So I’m wondering if the devices can revive the muscle that lifts that brow so that I can have more symmetrical brows.
@@cassandratarotspells369 In theory microcurrent should help stimulate the muscle but results can be variable and hard to predict.
I think you can you use TENs device
Sorry to lose you.
Is this device safe to use with Botox? Thank you for any information you have! :o)
General advice is to let your Botox take full effect over a couple of weeks before you go back to using microcurrent.
Name of jells
The reason is causing you shock is because you are not using enough conduit gel.
Hi. I appreciate all views but I don't accept I've made misleading statements in this video.
@@thehonestchannel you don’t know what is the microcurrent? How it works? And whether your device is microcurrent, Millicurrent or EMS?
Does it supposed to hurt? Lol like I feel a little electric current. Is that supposed to happen?
You can feel a slight electric current with the ZIIP but it’s not as strong as something like the NuFace. It’s normal to feel a current though
"Doctorly" says it doesn't work. Microcurrent only works on muscle but that's not what ages the face he said.
It’s an interesting perspective. I think a lot of consumers would say the results speak for themselves. I regard it as an important part of my maintenance routine for keeping my jawline toned.
I think it does work for lifting temporarily but if you stop ,,the results go away @@thehonestchannel
Why don't you actually show someone with what you consider significant sagging instead of just saying it?
Hi! Do you think this is more effective than radio frecuency for saggy jowls? Thanks❤
Hi. I don't think microcurrent offers dramatic results for more advanced sagging - it's great as a preventative treatment and does give a slight lift with skin and muscle toning but for more advanced sagging I would look at clinical options.
I also prayed to Jesus.
Hi ! May I ask how old you are? You look great!
