I think Netflix is gonna play with that till the end and she will end up with no one like all the latest movies and series. Like: “all the boys i’ve ever loved before”, “kissing booth”. They all end up not together

The fact that she is in two minds about this boyfriend situations proves that even though there is the right British guy for her out there, even though he has no issues with her friends and seems kinda perfect, her heart belongs to Gabriel. She knows it on a deeper level, tries to deny it, hiding in this perfect-ish relationship. Still, she IS thinking that it might be not right for her. Even if it is wrong for many, she should make the right choice

Also idc x2, Emily and Gabriel’s chemistry is off the charts, they’re both toxic people (and both very attractive) that deserve each other. I can’t help but binging this show and rooting for them. If you knew anything about marketing, you would know that Emily's ideas are beyond stupid and that she would be fired or relegated to a coffee girl with her 'skills'.
Netflix dropped the ball with characters that have noting to do with Paris like the Brit Black Dude, The Asian Singer and the flamboyant old Fashion Designer these characters should've be written off after one season.
I love both Gabriel and Alfie😭. I'd find it hard to choose too. But I'm honestly here for the gang. I love how Luc is hilariously weird and Sylvie is just the best.

I think when Emily and Gabriel slept together it *technically* wasn't cheating because it seemed almost certain that Camille and Gabriel were going to break up. But once it turned out Gabriel was staying in Paris and with Camille, both of them should've told her what happened. Of course, since it's a show and there has to be drama, they didn't, but it reflects poorly on both of their characters. I miss the pure Emily/Camille friendship of Season 1, before Emily's lying and Camille's vindictive streak. :-(

I can't wait for this season!!!! Hate to say it, but regardless of the circumstances, I like Emily and Gabriel's chemistry better. Also, I DID NOT like Sylvie at first, but my heart is definitely softening towards her. Plus, her sarcastic sense of humor is a riot!

I'm soo happy they're gonna put more of Alfie back. He is such a dream and from I see a real gentleman that will really plan a date and take you out and do something special or romantic for you. While Gabriel is a situationship you do NOT want to end up with. Watching this series always fills me up with hope that one day I'll go to Paris or somewhere else and have this kind of life and love.

Emily and Gabriel are two people who majorly messed up but are really trying to make things right in their lives and fix relationships with other people they care about. But at this point the only right thing is for them to finally get together and let the other people move on and find their true happiness. These two belong to each other no matter how toxic they are, they are making themselves and everyone else miserable by forcing the “healthier” choices
Or they are just two people that are incompatible cause they turn each other into shitty people.
I mean, they don't have to be, the writers are controlling the narrative. I personally just want us to cut Gabriel lose because I've always found him be stale. The chemistry is non existent. Like all this drama over this bland charmless dud?

Lucien Laviscount is so perfect for this show. Love his character. Wish the writers didn't focus so much on Emily ending up with a French boy while in Paris. We all know Gabriel is toxic af to the core.

They're all toxic in their own ways. Emily is also toxic and so is Camille. She makes Em make a pact that they won't date Gabriel and the whole time has the plan to get him back. I know she's hurt, but she's manipulating both of them.
Toxic? Yes. Predictable? Too. Do I care? Honestly no. Emily's love story with Gabriel is one of the best things I've seen in romantic shows in the last years. Their chemistry is amazing! And I try to think of them like people who find each other a little bit late, when their lifes are already "organize". But it's totally possible and besides their mistakes I still believe in their love ❤️ sorry Alfie I still can't see you as "the guy"

I’m literally so torn. Like I really love Alfie and objectively he would be the right choice, however I feel like the chemistry between Gabriel and Emily is much stronger and I loved them since season one so I have no idea who I want her to pick. So excited for the third season😍😍
Mindy is my favorite.....she is the most sorted person I have ever seen....Emily is lucky to have her by her side no matter what.....friends like her are hard to be found ❤

Yeah I could not finish season 2 because of what they did with her friend turning on her and becoming revengeful. Just went down hill. I like Lily so I may give season 3 a chance.

okay I need to tell this otherwise my head will explore. I met a guy at my workplace 2 years ago. I swear to god he exactly looks like gabriel and he is also french. we really fell in love with each other and and then i got to know that he has a girlfirend for 5 years. we were not a couple but he said that he loves both! i didnt wanna be an option so we both decited to stay as friends. it was hard of course. after 5 months later he told me that her girlfriend is pregnant!! now i dont have contact with him even tho he text me sometimes. my best friend recommented this serie and said that she found my story. i finished watching all 3 chapters at one day, cause i couldnt stop it. emily is literelly me in the past even tho im not as beautiful as her but OMG how is that possible (sorry for my english. im german but OMG)

As much as I want her to end up with Gabriel. The last Netflix movies/series/etc have been all about the couples not ending up together, with the one we didn’t want. Or just the lately classic “all alone and happy”.
Two examples: “all the boys i’ve ever loved before” and “kissing booth”.
Please Netflix let this have a romantic ending, with the one we wanted in the first place. 🥺 We tired of getting out dreams shattered. This is my escape moments of believing in happy endings.

The tonal shift from the first two seasons makes me actually want to watch it.
Tone season 1: bad writing and cultural ignorance
Tone season 2: directly addressing the blind ignorance with more blind ignorance, Emily also gets promoted from a "stupid American" to a willfully really selfish person.
Tone season 3: the writers just write out basic plot points for like 4 difference romances, shred them all and then used the remains as the plot and just kinda 'hoped for the best'.
if you like watching train wrecks and judging shows for really shit writing then absolutely recommended.

If my boyfriend left me at the same day a got fired, my mentor gave birth and even in this terrible situation I tried my best to meet him at his party, I would never talk to him again. Is not about her work being more important than him, is the priority of the moment. Let’s be honest, be was a jerk with her in the beginning. He is insecure and manipulative using her low self esteem to get things his way.. in mine humble opinion he needs to grow up, and she needs to stop being a people pleaser. She is also selfish, doing things to be liked by others .. it is very sad

I went from cringing at this show in season 1 to loving it in season 2 & 3! I think the biggest difference, the way they fixed it, is that instead of changing any of the characters, they instead decided to stop telling the audience how amazing Emily is, and gave us permission to laugh at her when she’s being a dork, and let her face consequences for sleeping with her friend’s boyfriend. That, and they made her boss more well-rounded and less of a cartoon villain. This show is great popcorn viewing now!
