Some times when we have tacos for the family, when we run out of meat we got some left over stuff, like sliced up lettuce and tomatoes, along with tortillas. Some times I just use the left over stuff to make a taco to finish it off. It is actually pretty good when I do that, but it also isn't $8.
When i go to Chipotle, i actually get the sofritas burrito bowl. It's the vegan protein and it's a little spicy and it's so good then i put all my extra sour cream and cheese on it with extra brown rice, corn salsa, green salsa, lettuce, and pico on occasion. So good
