@@gemstar9523 yea got ya, but kinda mind bogglin that the biggest online platform for watching videos doesn't have an option to save shorts in your playlists like you can do with videos
Me being an amateur mma fighter, been doing this for 4 years and I’m currently 17 years old.I was never really taught to do knees properly and when I aim my knees to the body I end up going to groin while in clinch when sparring.I now know to create space, thinking about it now makes me realize that’s the obvious thing to do 😂 thanks
My coach in his fights, did a lot of knees to the head from clinching. He grabs the neck with his forearms like the claws of a crab and push forward with power, so the rival get off his balance and then he throw these knees
Cool demonstration with a partner. Better than on the bag👍 I mean the angle...hard to reduplicate the angle of a sparring partner. Bag is quite upstraight
Such an informative video. Shame that you can't save these shorts. Smh youtube...

Leg knee strikes look WIIIIILLLLLDDDD

They definitely will hurt more than a leg kick.
Imagine if a Muay Thai guy knows judo, we're dead 💀.

You got it man! Keep at it, training hard and smart 💪💪💪
2 is the most common
Longer legs definitely help. I’m the size of the guy kicking and wish I was as tall as the other guy.
2nd One is actually the strongest
I think the 4th one is called Khao Chiang and the 3th one is called Khao Noi right?
