Great video. Growing up on Lake st. Clair. We have a saying ,any thing that spins wins! Most baits are for fisherman and not fish. Bucktails, bucktails bucktails! Old school lures. Love the river action.
Looks like a fun way to spend the day. Those SMB were amazing and as Lee said it would be a good time using light tackle. The best part for me would be minimal contact with other fishermen. Just the peace a quiet of the north woods away from politicians and their never ending arguments. Maybe we could use them for bait? Thanks for taking us along! I’m looking to get into muskie fishing. I’ll be fishing mostly small rivers off the st. Lawrence river and small lakes in that area. What rod and reel would you guys recommend for a beginner of muskie fishing?

Just got back from our trip up north we managed to get my uncle's fiance her first musky! Was over at garmisch and didn't see anybody maybe next year

the boiler maker could possibly be the best all around musky bait for rivers. The advantages it has a combo buck tail/top water are pretty obvious.
