  • Savji Khara Boti
    Ingredients
    1 Kg mutton(cut)
    1 1/2 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp turmeric
    2 Tbsp ghee (Optional)
    Method
    In the cooker ,Add mutton
    Add turmeric, salt & ghee (NOTE : If mutton is fatty , do not add ghee)
    Mix well (NOTE : Do not add water)
    Cover & cook ,1 whistle on high flame & 2 whistle on low depending on the mutton quality
    If making a dry dish, continue to next step
    In a kadai, Add few pieces of the cooked mutton along with stock
    Reduce the stock on low until the ghee / fat is separated
    This dry type mutton can be stored in fridge for up to 15 days
    Savji Khara Boti ready ..!
