House #1 Quarantined in a house like this? I'd be great. I am a homebody as it is. Open, airy, lots of natural light. Phenomenonal kitchen which i would definitely put to good use. If you like to entertain, it's great. If you rather be alone, can't go wrong here at all. The mixture of textures and elements work perfectly.

I can not afford any of them, but I love dreaming. Mu favourite one is the First one: situation, views, design, everything. And them I like the second and the third because I love that kind of modern flats with sea views. Very cool vídeo!!!
Florida could learn a lot from the builders around Las Vegas. To make that white really pop, needs some contrasting colors, and textures. A number of these builds just has too much white and would cost a ton to renovate to fix them. The quality and style are great on these building though, love the windows and stairs on several of these.

the Fort Lauderdale house is great, another terrific contemporary, LPG great showcase again. Tough choices lately if I had that kind of means. Like how the architects used the space available. especially when you see the exterior overhead and how much the traditional house to the right takes up like two thirds of that lot section. Yet the views are large and open like it was actually on a larger lot. Great design inside, always love onyx and how it glows. Again it would be a tough decision to make, which to go with. this would be right at the top!
I love the *no talking* and just letting the camera float throughout the home with music (that has no talking or shouting). It's calm, the shots are beautiful and it really takes you into the world of living in that home.
Wholy madness!. It's insanely gorgeous out there!. I currently live in new york and planning on moving to Florida in 2 years. I just can't understand why people left the sunshine state just to live here in this crazy expensive dirty state.😳😳😳

Easy to get creative with your asset when your bank is in the millions. Would be interesting stating the previous owners occupation! There is a *huge gap* being created somewhere, if not generational.
@@francissteele2633 House windows are not car windows. Lol. You can replace the windows which would be very expensive or you can get shades but the pool and back area have no privacy. If you have kids playing or lounging by the pool as kids do, it would be a little unnerving to know that you have three condo towers worth of prying eyes potentially watching every move. There doesn't seem to be any privacy at all in the back yard.
@@Legendary_Productions yeah, spending more time for each properties will be awesome so I could figure out what the property is really like inside and outside, not that I can afford any of the propertied you featured on, I am just enjoying watching great architecture. I’ve just seen Broward change into an extension of Miami and not for the better. Anyway, great content and beautiful home review. There are some hidden gems in Fort Lauderdale. I would love to see more properties explored.
