Beautiful home. My favorite part is the two-storey high ceiling living room with a lights that can change colors. Presentation- wise tip: You can discuss further details while moving so there are no dull moments. For example, what are the materials used in the kitchen counter, cabinet, sinks, appliances, floors, wall treatment and et cetera. Show the garage and laundry room too. You can also tackle the backyard features. Presentation should be a little more enthuasiastic. These are just my tip and I believe in improvements through experince so do not take this negatively. 👍
