Bilby definately didn't need those wheels, I figured more stats for itty bitty amount of weight but it didn't seem to help.

I think you can change your crew. For example, change your commander to a commander/gunner on your Whippet to help boost the gunner stat.
Would drfinately be worth testungt out. :)
