Cashew Pesto & Preservation

First time making pesto, first time preserving it. Didn't have pine nuts, so made it with cashews. I think I like this better! My local farmer had bags of basil on for super cheap. When they started wilting they went on for even cheaper! Took advantage of the sale and whipped this up the next day.
