- Today we finally found a Turbo Man toy!
Based on the 1996 Christmas classic Jingle all the way'', Workaholic father starring Arnold Schwarzenegger who promises his son the hottest toy of the season, Turbo-Man -- even though it's Christmas Eve and the toy is practically sold out but does whatever it takes to get his hands on one. Sounds familiar? This movie was based on real events during the holiday season as parents went crazy hunting down toys for their children. From the beginning, filmmakers had planned real-life, physical action figures based on the movie. The first figure to hit the market was Turbo Man. The production designer for the movie worked with Tim Flattery, who was a character designer and had worked on Batman and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. They conceived various designs for each of the characters that would be sold in stores
Of course, only the main character, Turbo Man was released in stores. The villain, Dementor, never found a home in the retail market.
Besides the Turbo Man real-life doll, Dementor almost had a life on retail shelves. Dementor is the arch-enemy of Turbo Man who uses a teleportation unit and commands minions called the Demon Team.
A prototype Dementor doll was designed and manufactured. It was tested in research and had high marks from the users. Because of that, Sinbad figured his doll would go to market.
There is only one Dementor out there in the world and is in the hands of Sinbad who refused to give it back to the toy designers.

Unlike in the movie I would never hate booster because sometimes I'm interested in collecting sidekicks than just the main protagonist. Plus not only I want booster and turbo man I also want the dementor cuz I'm interested in collecting the world's greatest and far more Worthy villains in history.
Seriously though, just imagine Turbo Man getting an actual TV 📺 show... or better yet, an actual animated series/spin-off?
Even as a kid I felt bad for poor Arnold for going through all that crap so his kid could just give the toy away!

I have one up on my shelf, I saw it and immediately had to get it for Nostalgia's sake. if I can find one out of box, I wanna make the chromed out limited edition version.
