Not the entire country. Just Cali, NY , Portland, Chicago, St. Louis, Austin and DC Metro. That's about 1/5 of the population of the country right there. Denver is up and coming with similar issues. And the problems are spreading out, mostly from migration of SF/LA/NY refugees who arrive and then get frustrated with things not being the way they were where they fled from, run for office, somehow manage to get elected and spread the failed policies they fled from in the first place. I've seen this process first hand both in Nevada and in more rural California. I have a friend in Austin who can testify to the same thing.
