After I put my password the message appears again after 2 minutes on all my devices, and I can’t understand why? I tried it again and again and keeps appearing sometimes it goes for 10-15 minutes or a bit more and comes back again!

The Log Out Worked for me. Be Certain to keep a copy in Icloud
The force restart didn't work but the Log-out and new sign-in from Apple Id DID WORK, Thanks!

Hello, you don't necessarily need to connect it with a computer if you can sign out and in your apple id just on the phone.
