I don’t agree. I thought like that at first until the episode where cat noir temporarily renounces Plagg. Adrien has a different personality from when he’s cat noir, yet when he acted like adrien in his new cat noir, marionette fell for him. It proves that she like adrien mostly for his personality. Honestly after watching this episode my respect for Felix skyrocketed, he became my literal favorite character- he’s literally the only person throughout the miraculous ladybug series who ISN’T as blind as Kagami’s mother SERIOUSLY! Though I am a bit biased towards Felix as he is my favorite character, he’s extremely unique and dang he is so much better than Adrien, and with recent episodes he’s grown to be my all time favorite, which I usually have a hard time choosing favorite characters… but S5 EP18, Emotion I think, is definitely my new favorite episode so far! They actually gave Felix a good and genuine reason for why he does what he does… and they make him an actual Teenager! With his smartness obviously he’s going to feel better than everyone else, and he just wants to be free from all of the expectations that he’s supposed to be great, and the best at everything! I could continue my rant but this comment is getting to long…

I don't know what do you think about senti theory, but I have explanation for both cases. 1) If Adrien is sentibeing, Gabriel probably forced him to not resist, and in this episode he couldn't manipulate with Felix so, that's why he resisted. And 2) If Adrien is not a senti, I just think he was way too confused, because at one moment he realised that his father was hawk moth the whole time and that his mom's body is in his father's basement. And after telling him, he could save her I don't wonder, why he couldn't resist, it was just too much for him. Felix just didn't go through this emotional damage at the moment
