TOTW is the only way down. It's a single black, mostly because of the first section which has a few steep rock roll-downs/tech turns. It's also a very long trail so if it's over your ability you will be walking for 1-2 hours I'd say. If you can ride Angry Pirate, No Joke and Duffman (single blacks in the bike park) then you will be totally fine on TOTW.

I just check the bike over and make sure nothing's off. If it's off I try to fix it myself, if I can't I take it to a shop.
