As a vegan (I think?) your body is probably reacting to every dish in mexico touching meat at some point. If they were vegan they'd have a very limited diet.

I to avoid the water very very well I tried to eat local, but that one time I had to have a taco on the way to the airport put me in the airport bathroom and then again in the airplane bathroom and Lord I think I was in the bathroom half the flight ..do not eat the food From the food carts
