Amid’s s3 ai is random though, and the unit she gives attack buff to will generally have the highest attack and therefore cd buff. Might be that you’re referring to?

As already mentioned, cdamage buff would not go on lilias, and even if it did, I seem to remember cd buff not being able to exceed the 350% cd cap anyway

Unless I'm tripping, doesn't that DDR Ray at the end on the cook build artifact give Crit damage buff to the highest attack unit? In this case, wouldn't senya get it instead of Lilia's?

AI doesn't prioritize highest attack afaik

@@vikchun Its only Amid S3 thats random. The artifact will ALWAYS target highest atk ally. So pushing and cdmg base speed Senya will do nothing. Also Cdmg buff doesn't overcap when you already 350 CDMG.
