I think the gas device *is* for filling lighters, like the hose would be attached to the part on the bottom and then the thin tube would go into the valve for a lighter? Either that or maybe for refilling the canisters themselves? Either way, pretty cool just like all the other devices!
This is what Ken thought as well, that it was a sort of device for refilling the small bottles from big ones. I think to fill a lighter you are good to go with just that small bottle on its own

you should try clamping down things with unknown functions before turning them on.
