I have the wine color beautiful bag but after 1 use the chain chipped 🙄 and I was babying it too, kinda disappointed.

ohhh no. I was wondering about the quality of the chain because it wasn’t their typical chain. Hopefully you were able yo return it?

@@littlebitoflux yes the same sales associate helped me and it was very easy to return since I just bought it on Black Friday lol, I told her I really love the bag and she suggested if I want the gold hardware and silver hardware is a better choice. I guess the matte ones have a history of chipping I guess. I might get the silver or gold hardware one later on next year or whenever they go on sale. It’s is very delicate leather but I don’t mind minor scratches just not the entire chain chipping away after just 1 use lol
