When you send repeat emails it doesn’t bump you to the top, it actually moves you to the bottom of the queue (it goes by the newest email, so essentially you lose your spot in line.) If you would’ve sent 1 email & then hung out the 72 hours, you would’ve heard back much quicker. If I had that kind of anxiety over each step, I don’t think I’d shop online.😂
All of this, daily emails and everything… because you ordered too close to your birthday? A week to ship something, basically, is not that long. I thought genuinely this would be a ball drop from the company, its not. It was your fault

@ hmm not sure…the bag has structure but I wouldn’t say the leather is stiff. The handles and paneling are probably the stiffness parts, but the body of my bag is malleable. I’ve used it many times but I haven’t noticed noticeable change to the leather
