i have this system but i dont get any of these steps shown here. they dont come up for me i get a different looking app, is this an old version? Its asking for old password which i do not have, the 3x cams are working on my iphone those for pc i cant seem to add them.

Hello, I run some issues. I added my camera, but it always says password error ... but in the IE I can see and use it normally.
What can I do to solve this problem?

The default password is admin or no password.
Neither is correct, reset the camera and it will restore the default password back.

This is a junk app. If you using camera password you got password error if you using app password you can login in app but wont see anything from camera. On Android camera working just fine.

file SearchTool.rar is broken and can`t be opened :(

you have to use 7-Zip tool to extract it,which is a bit pointless as when you put the ip number in explorer it just goes to a page showing different ways to login to router,works with firefox but camera image is blank so does not appear to work at all
