The video editor of this does not do Thrice justice. WTF is up with the audio sync from :38 - :56? Anyone with eyes can see that the audio is not synchronized with his hand hitting the snare. Please tell me Thrice didn't pay for this piece of crap.
im so glad thrice doesnt answer to a record company. too many great bands have declined so far into mainstream that their music is complete shit now. Im glad to know that after 7 albums, Thrice still got it ;)
i'm sort of disappointed, i really wanted to see how teppei got rid of that slide so fast. i thought maybe he just dropped it, but i didn't see it on the floor anywhere.
im pretty sure in the lead up he's just playing open notes to add to the distortion so a quick hand to the pocket is all you need. Derek Trucks is a master of slide so I would recommend some of his vids to see how swiftly he's able to pull that off.
What tuning is this song in? ive done a cover of it on bass, and its in D standard from the tabs i used ... is this correct? for the bass atleast, cause the guitars say B lol
