I know this is non canon fanmade stuff but just imagine, If the Carnitrix allowed Ben transform into Eon, just imagine him turning into a Professional Paradox. Now wouldn't this be terrifying? just like Alien X allowing him travel through universe.
I actually like to think that carnitrix responded to Eon energy but the device itself is too unstable and aggressive that it overrides and recombines every peace of information it interacts with. The Eon's tech is only sited for watches that operate on a regular principles, like just combining the host dna with a donor species, not when they are mutated and overwritten by omnitrix programming

why isn't the city destroyed? my theory: the city has no more people because the last episode the military was there to attack ben which made a distraction to let all the citizens escape to safety. and that's why ben it's not automatically transforming

You should do one on Gwen with the carnitrix, but her transformation into anodite makes me curious what she would look like in the carnitrix.
