Beware: They will not return any other products at all such as pillows or box base and they don't make that clear. If you can find it, read the return policy for all products. The mattress itself is pretty good so far. I won't do business with them again due to return policy. They make it sound so easy to return.
I flip the Queen by myself routinely. That being said, it would be much easier for 2 people. If the people are weaklings, then yeah, 4. Now MOVING it is a completely different story. It has no stable form and is heavy as hell. I would recommend 4 people to move it.
Great information I really enjoyed the video you can tell a lot of time and considerations of different types of sleepers were taken into affect building this mattress I would love this 😴
Pray that you don't need to send it back! The return procedure is horrible. They demand that I fold the mattress lengthwise, even though it was shipped rolled in the other direction. This thing is over 200 lbs and a pain to handle. I have a box that it will fit into but it needs to be folded the other way. The lengthwise fold applies to innerspring mattresses, this is pure foam! They also demand that you box it up after you wrap it in plastic and have it outside at the curb for pickup. You also have to wait 30 days to return without a $99 surcharge. It looks like they do everything they can to make the return difficult. They did however offer to send me a free 2 inch topper, or a 50% refund and I could keep the mattress. I do not want it. It is hard as a rock and too heavy (hard to make the bed alone) I bought the King for $1200. It also sleeps hotter than innerspring. Regrets all the way around.
I tried to return the mattress before 30 days and ask them if they could waive the $99 fee because my 100% disabled veteran husband who is injured while he was serving through no fault of his own was going to have to go through a bunch of surgeries that would enable us to use the bed. He would have to sit up straight while sleeping for months, or maybe even a year because of the complications with his throat. The company told me they would waive the $99 fee but charge me a $400 fee to send it back. No thanks! The foundation I received from them is broken, but because I took longer than 30 (40) to notify them that it was broken. They won’t refund me or replace it even though it has a 10 year warranty. There’s no policy on their website that says you have to notify them within 30 days of a warranty issue. They are total jerks. I will be fair and say we have had one of their twin beds for over a year, I wrote a positive review about it, but they never post to my review to their website, and their mattresses, I think are OK for a very small children. Just know what you’re getting into it and know that it is not going to be easy and you might not get your money back.
Had a HORRIBLE experience with Latex For Less. Sent the wrong size, replacement was torn, dirty, and obviously used. Their return policy doesn't state everything and you will end up NOT getting the "complete" refund for a mattress as their site states.
Hey there! That's a great question - both are fantastic beds but the Zenhaven does have more of a plush feel on the medium side compared the Latex for Less. More than happy to go into more detail - what features are you looking to compare specifically?
@@TuckSleep Thanks for that, anything you can tell me really, they seem similar, all latex mattress, which is what I'm looking for, but is the zen Haven worth the extra $900?? Seems so pricey
@@anarchyamp Got it! So the Zenhaven is a little more "plush" on the softer side and does have better edge support compared to the Latex for Less but totally up to you if those are worth the extra cost. They are certainly comparable in terms of build otherwise.

It is amazing how unique each mattress is.
Very detailed and informative description!
Nice that’s it’s flippable. Never imagined a 9 inch mattress would be thick enough
Thanks for another great review.
I counted two people flipping the bed in the video and estimated about 6 minutes. Where do you get the number 4 from?

I think I'd like this all latex feel compared to the foam mattress because instead of sinking in you sleep on.
Thanks for sharing! Would love to try this out!
Awesome review! Looks like a mattress l need to buy!
do a review of sleep on latex
Love that it is flippable

I thought that this one was supposed to be cooler than most beds? Your review might ruin buying this bed for me.

Yeah their return policy is pretty much a scam. Just had the worst experience with them.
Latex has way less (if any ) toxins like foam ...a good thing

This compared to zenhaven?

Main reason you buy a latex mattress is they literally last 20+ years with minimal sag
Do you know if a 7 inch latex bed is good enough?
@@nm6818 I'm running three, 3 inch layers and happy with that
I like a mattress that has bounce !
