hello I have a question if you can help me? I have bought these shoes through amazon, they have caught my attention, but my foot is slightly wide and that is why I have listened, I have asked for half a number more (my usual size is an EU 42 or US 8.5) that's why I ask him because I have doubts if they will be loose or if he is faithful to the size and a 42 EU or 8.5 US would have been the correct thing. Thks ;)
Hi there, Let see if I understand correctly?! Your size is 42/8.5 and you are not sure if going +0.5 up will be wise right?! If so, try to measure your feet and see the one that is wider how much it has in cm/mm. Mine (with normal my 41.5/8) have around 26.2 cm and 10cm of wide, if yours are around +1cm wider over mine MAYBE you can go +0.5 up, otherwise if is more than that they will be only larger and still not wide enough... because they are made a bit more "narrow" than the most of NB that I've tried so far. For me they are: Numeric 1010=997H (were I had to go +0.5 up to fit me well and chosed 42/8.5 instead 41.5/8 that are tts for me) Were normally all my 997 "Made in USA" in size 41.5/8 will always fit me perfectly. I can't say much more because every one has a diferrent shape on his feet. I have a medium-high arch... So keep that in mind.
@@EasyLifeES Correct, what I did is ask for a number more than the usual which is a 42 "(it would be a size 42.5 EU,), but I live in Spain and they come from Germany through Amazon and I have to wait 3 days, that's why I I've seen your video a few times and I decided to ask for one more number, since my foot is a bit wide and I don't want them to come as tight as it happens with some size 42 models from other brands. Anyway, I will measure my foot wide and take your reference.Thank you so much for the rewiew you are a genius, great channel ;) ED:Srry for my bad english.

@@dizzlebeatz5774 In this video I've said how they fit... And depends of everyone's feet. In my case are a bit too tight for my liking. I guess I have wider feet (who knows).
P.S: I left "the pinned" comment, just for that. Maybe if you have any of those sneakers and you can figure it out what size fit you best. Usually smaller sizes wider feet (for guys at least), larger sizes... a bit more narrow feet (so NO size up for them, but that is just a guess). Till now I think the only brand in sneakers that ALWAYS made me sized down was "Diadora". The rest of the brands, I had to keep my size (my regular size is EUR 41.5/8 US in New Balance) or size up half size. I don't know if you have a wide fit or not, IF I was in your situation I will probably tried 8.5/9 but NOT size down (with my feet), just to be sure... (8.5 US/42 EUR never had the chance to try them yet). Many only consider the length of the foot, but do not take into account the width of the foot! I hope this helps you somehow!
Unfortunately I am not a skater, I like to make reviews on shoes/boots/sneakers and in this case I was very curios about this particular model that to my eye looks great. So I had to try them. I think that on the official New Balance TH-cam channel they have a video skating with them. Of course is NOT like a real user video, but... maybe someone else will do it. Thank you for your comment! :)
First "HI", You are right with only 1 thing: I don't know MUCH about skateboarding, but that is NOT NOTHING at all! I did had 1 or 2 different skates many years ago (like most of the people in this world) and I do remember how a pair of Chuck's went to trash every 3-4 weeks (sometimes maybe 1 month and half if it was a "lucky" pair ) just because the sole wasn't designed to receive that kind of harsh environment. I did that for almost 2 years... after that... I guess... I just grow up and start dating girls, killing multiple pairs of sneakers in very short periods of time it wasn't MY THING anymore. :) I always TRY to give my completely honest opinion on everything that I reviewed, first of all in how they are made JUST as a pair of shoes and after that, IF they have any other utility. And if they have "problems" people would know... if they are "well made" AGAIN people would know. I don't SEE any problem with my review, it was on point from my perspective. Just because a pair of sneakers that they are actually good, I don't see why their price should change in the future. I am the LAST person in world who wants to HYPE anything in this life! I DO pay for everything that ends up on my hands and I know how much I have to work just to have anything in this life...
