I've seen parts of Bound by Honir. It's a good movie.
Blood In Blood Out doesn't have a real ending? B.S....Paco realizes his responsibility in the outcome of the lives he influenced, learns that he needs to forgive himself in order to movevon, Cruz gives back some of the forgiveness HE received for his misgivings, and we are left with a sense of hope for the future of their family. That's not an ending? Please.
They should of keep in Paco deleted scenes because blood in blood out use to be 5 hours long mostly focused on Paco love life and it also had a different ending. The ending was originally going to be plan as part 2 but they decided to reshot it due to Disney refused of making a second movie of it
that was how they were actually going to make the movie more about paco
Blood in Blood out should get a sequel

Blood by Honor which is also the title Blood in Blood Out 👍⭐️⭐️ & a half out of 4
I guess they missed the whole part about childhood asthma and overcoming it. I loved this film back in the day and I didn't compare it to the karate kid at all.
Sidekicks is the best movie on the list

Looks like three of hearts is the only movie to see.
I think Ebert is usually the better critic. But I do like to see Siskel call him out for his pretentiousness. Sometimes Ebert's politics seem to affect his judgments, as with the Three of Hearts film. He wanted this movie to be better than it was because it portrayed the gay relationships in a "normal" light.
