Ulcer also occur due to deficiency of vit b2 so for this we should take milk daily twice and trust me i was suffering from this problem ,so i started to take milk twice a day and finally i get rid from ulcers , trust me i can feel ur pain very well that's why i give u solution of this ,take milk twice everyday and always after 5 days u can see advantage and reply me after 5 days is it work or not bcz it's work on me...
