Great video, I have handled many pallet jack situations, however if you are ever faced with moving one again with a jack have a couple of wood cleats\boards in between the forks and the bottom of the machine. This will raise the machine up higher to clear the legs more.
I have my llc currently working on looking for a location and working on credit but so far so good ain’t giving up on doing something like this it looks like something I can see myself doing for the rest of my life

Yo i watched your vids a few years ago and it’s good to see that your still on the hustle
As a vendor, I get mad when people don’t respect and give you space when you’re servicing a machine, it frustrates me when they see me doing my job but walk in front of me like 😐 also when they complain about the machines stealing, Ik some machines don’t work at times and take your money but there’s always that one person who always complains which eventually gets fishy, i love my vending job but sometimes the people you gotta deal with is crazy lol

Hey Jaime when getting a new vending machine do you get it prepared before setting it up or do you set it up right when you get into the location. Setting up meaning unwrapping the vending machine, putting the coins inside the coin mech, and setting the options for each snack slot prices and etc.
Yes I setup the machine before I deliver it that way all I have to do is stock the machine and set the prices at the location

1. Buy a coin counting machine.
2. General advice; FIFO your product! And if you have multiple rows of the same product make sure to move the older product into the rows that perform better, or try spreading out a little of the new product behind each row of the old. If a product doesn't perform well, get rid of it, swap it out with something new, or something you already stock that sells out fast.

Hey, Jaime. Have a question for you. How do you set up the prices for new products, inside the electronic system in vending machines?
It depends on the machine but yes, on the inside is usually a button you press (mode button) and then on the outside of the machine you use the buttons there to navigate or to set the price for each product. As I said it depends on the machine... best to try and find a TH-cam video on the machine type you're wanting to setup.

Really dumb question but how does the machine keep both drinks and ice cream? How does it keep ice cream cold but not freeze the drinks?
If you keep the temperature slightly above 0°(32° farheneit) i think ice cream is fine and drinks won't freeze
An idea for the drink machine at the 1st location. Place a label in the “ holder “

They make change counters u can buy if u ever wanted to get one and I also think it helps u make rolls of change as well if u wanted to save them until u got a certain amount and then cash in.

Fritos are fire I love them. Plan is great. Also having them and covering them with chili cheese all that is amazing. Also there good to have when camping bc they can help you with getting a fire started.
You can save the boxes and recycle them when you reach a certain amount.

There is a quick way to count quarters if you don't have a coin counter. $20 in quarters weighs exactly 1 lb. Each quarter weighs 0.200 ounces. So you don't have to count each one, just put them on a scale.

Bro at my school my friend he Started selling snacks because at school they have a vending machine that is only open during lunch time and not many people go there because of the limited choices of items. There’s literally only hot Cheetos, cookies, nature valley bars, and pop tarts in the machine. So he started selling wnacks like brisk tea, cookies, Oreo cookies, several kinds of chips, zebra cakes, sour patch, etc and for some reason schools just hate for kids to try and make money because they took his entire bag of snacks

My only advise is to not install a vending machine in my neighborhood. I.e, whenever item gets stuck and doesn’t come out I emit a barbaric yalp then shake it the machine HARD until my item comes out. Often then the machine will emit smoke and decend into a catastrophic incapacitation state
It's so odd how life works.. I'm going through the same thing Im also at the end of the month moving out .I'm always working so I'm going to rent a office/warehouse for my inventory for the three locations that I have...
That Mountain Dew flavor is so nasty. The worst I have put in my machine was the Hot Cheeto Mt Dew. It was so gross but sold out of the 3 cases I bought. I have no idea how or why but people would clean out 2 rows in 1-2 days at a lumber store. Great video . You guys keep up there great content
Get a couple pieces of wood if you need to move the machine again. The wood with add height to the pallet jack ., you won’t have to pump the lift up so high. Also remember you can put the pallet jack under the machine from the side ., it’ll make the machine slimmer. You must not have worked in ware house for real.
Also he needs a steel plate so he can make it up those bumps into his storage
