I’m working on an old abandoned plane that weighs around 101,000 but the landing gears are being destroyed on touch with the ground :< is there any possible reason why? The landing gears are really unstable and I have played with the number but it doesn’t do anything pls help

I also have that problem sometimes, I still don't know exactly how to solve it, but it has worked for me sometimes like this: Try not to modify the plus or weight scale of the landing gear /From each part/ (leave it as it is, at 1), another thing would be to reduce the weight of the airplane (removing fuel, dead weight or sometimes unnecessary parts, or modifying them), You could also redesign the landing gear, placing its parts more precisely and consistently, as well as the shock absorber. ;)

pls help . My landing gear bounces when doing landing (even smooth landing) any small movement can yeet my plane off the runway and explode. Is there a fix for that?

It also happens to me sometimes, I recommend you only place 2 main landing gears (like an a320), because if there are several it jumps (like a b747) Or you could also re-build the landing gear correctly or accommodate its parts ;)

Damper should be higher than spring strenght to avoid bouncing and stiffness

If you add some sort of air brake on the wings you can land slower and avoid bouncing I think

Is there a mod or a tool to make custom liveries? I am asking, because painting the parts in the game is really limited and unpleasant to do

You don't need a mod to make a livery, it's done with the same hollow fuselage, if you want I could make a video of this in the future

If you mean when the landing gear is saved (gear up), you have to disable the collisions (disableaircraftcollisions)

I'm making a 757-300 and when I put the landing gear tilt and I press play the landing gear explodes, I've tried putting teh spring and damper to a bigger number but it still explodes, is there a way to fix that?

You will probably have to modify a section (each part of the landing gear) of the xlm like this: disableairctaftcollision / true (this makes the parts pass through each other, without impacting) ;)

Try disabling collisions to each of the landing gear parts, like this: disableairctaftcollision / true, or try increasing the maximum rotator angle ;)

I don't know how it works on iOS, but you can try activating the game's default mods (xlm) to be able to modify the parts

Sometimes it happens to me, I still don't have a solution for this problem but you could connect all the connections correctly, disable the collisions (disableAircraftCollision), Decrease the weight of the plane or rebuild the landing gear.
