A few weeks later my dad suffered an accident and was in the hospital for two weeks. Thankfully I was able to watch Canada qualify on march 27 vs Jamaica with him at the hospital, where I brought a projector I borrowed from a good friend. Being Peruvians living in Canada we were also able to watch Peru beat paraguay and qualify to the continental playoff together there at the hospital. Months later, although Peru failed to beat Australia and qualify, I have been able to enjoy the best world cup I have seen, and part of that is thanks to your channel and these great videos. Not only do they remind me of my dad (who thankfully is now 100% healthy and back to normal) since he discovered you and shared with me, but also gave each match day an extra layer of entertainment...my gf is Korean and we would watch each matchday analysis video together, where she would anxiously wait to hear you both talk about Korea and analyze their games, making us both big fans. As an Argentinian, I love Scaloni but one thing I hated was his decisions in second halves in reference to his changes like removing defenders who we’re playing well and replacing Julian Alvarez when playing against Netherlands and then it happened again with second half of the final. He makes dumb decisions when they are ahead and perhaps his connection with the players serves as a weakness because he kept trying to give Lautaro chances when he keeps fumbling during key parts of matches and easy clear chances. Even if he wanted to switch out Julian even though I saw absolutely no reason to take him out, he could have chosen dybala to play as striker instead of a player that is playing as slow and as imprecise as Lautaro. He unnecessarily made decisions that put us on the edge for noooo reason this is why the Netherlands and France games felt crazy because Argentina were in control for the majority of those games and those dumb changes marked the change in the game.

I think camavinga changed the game for france after he was brought on in 70th minute. He was really good on the ball, holding the ball, dropping into the defensive line and carry the ball which no other player did until he came on. He was picking some really good passes as well. It's happened in matches in the past, where Di Maria gets not just a goal, but gets a penalty call, is basically the best player on the field, Argentina is up 2 - 0, then he gets unexplainably subbed off, then France all of a sudden get some momentum because Di Maria, the main threat is off of the field and all Hell breaks loose!!! It's happened in matches in the past, where Di Maria gets not just a goal, but gets a penalty call, is basically the best player on the field, Argentina is up 2 - 0, then he gets unexplainably subbed off, then France all of a sudden get some momentum because Di Maria, the main threat is off of the field and all Hell breaks loose!!! If they had left him on the pitch, which he deserved, none of the chaos would have ensued. proximity bias - I do not think Messi is greater than Maradona, Pele and Ronaldo (Brazilian) at his peak, he is the greatest current player but there were players as good as he was - if you look at Ronaldo's 2002 world cup, Maradona's 1986 world cup and Pele's World cup they were just as good - Messi though is the greatest current player (I'd argue Mbappe is also just as great currently - he did something amazing!)
