Woh thora thora short word bolta he,lekin sob kuch bujhta hey.woh cal nehi sakte.kichiko madat se khara hona or cal saktese..uski charo hat peher me tightness he.dan perome foot drop ke problem hey..mukh se lala portihe.khicuni ki problem vi he lekin har rose osud vi calta hey.(valex 3ml,hexinor2.5ml and perkinil tablet 1/2kore sokal bikal)..
Dan per thik karneke liye ar hat pa ki tightness ke liye ar mukh se lala porneke liye mujhe kuch important excercise jorur batana..uski komor pe bilkul vi sakti nehi he.khane ki koyi ruci vi nehi he uski animia vi hey..77thakle thik but uski 70 he..ap kuch supliments and excercises suggest karengi mem.,🙏🙏🙏
