Yes I can set it up on any industrial overlocker but I would need the machine in my workshop to fit it and then you cannot use that overlocker for any other jobs. I have a second hand machine here with the attachment already fitted.

You usually set this up with a tape holder, but you do do have both hands free, so it is no problem to hold the binder strips if you want to.
