I agree somewhat. Things have changed, and not for the better as far as the industry is concerned. I think the advice she can give for the artist of the day is, keep at, and do not give up. No matter if you're were old skool or new skool, you gotta make it happen. You either got it or you don't.

She is aging very well. She looks like she's in her thirty's. Also, she lost a great deal of hear accent. You can still hear it, but it's almost gone.
