I like your work very much. Have seen many you've done of Dimash and it is obvious you have a good sensitivity to him as well as a tasteful creative flair. Thank you for this one as well. Nice job. I just wonder if there is any legal problem using his content in this way. Apparently not so far. Not complaining. Love it.

In theory, neither my edits nor even some of the original recordings are considered “legal”. However, in real life, as fans of artists get inspired to express their feelings and turn their imaginary world into visuals, things start to get quite blurry, because in many cases those works are actually promoting the artist. Dimash himself has shared Dears’ edits that were using footage of him. Personally, every time before I start creating a video, I go through an inner dialogue. And one of the basic questions is "Could that video be harmful in any way?". I only go forward when I’m sure that the answer is “No”. The way I see it, there are 3 basic categories of people who watch my videos: - Long-term fans, who have seen everything. These people have already watched everything Dimash related. They will watch my work, even watch again occasionally, but they will never watch my videos instead of Dimash’s. - Newer fans, who through my work may discover stuff that they haven’t seen yet and will rush to check the list of links I always provide in my descriptions. - Non-fans (rarely), who may come across my work by chance and who wouldn’t have searched for Dimash on their own, but probably will, after watching my video. In any of these cases, my work can only promote Dimash and not harm him in any way. Therefore, I don’t care about “the theory” because both in my mind and in my heart, what I do doesn’t feel wrong 😊

I have been listening to Dimash for about six months and my favorites are SOS and Stranger and others. I really love all kinds of music. And I love his voice the lows, the highs and the i between ranges of his voice, It’s so effortless and such a beautiful tone. I also like his music videos and I think they’re really bold, unique and interesting. I wish I could hear him sing Unchained Melody that was sung so well by Bobby Hatfield of Righteous Brothers fame..I’m old school. I also watched his life story… he seems to work so hard and has a good heart for others and promoting peace.. wow hope he stays grounded 😳Anyway he deserves every blessing that God has given him and may he continue to receive blessings and continue to bring happiness to others with his wonderful musical talents. ❤️S Elk Grove California USA
