I have gone through scrupulosity and anxiety and panic attacks, I struggled with these on top of porn addiction for about 4 years through my late teens and into my early 20's. I was so scrupulous that I was afraid to even go near a Bible for fear that God would punish me for my sins. But thankfully I have overcome these things through Christ, and admittedly while I haven't defeated my lust and I still fail and fall short. I sleep soundly at night knowing that God loves me and has saved my soul. I'll be praying that God helps and heals you as he has done for me. And next time you feel scrupulous, remember that our God is a God of love and mercy and he loved you enough to send his only begotten son to die so that you could live and have eternal life through Jesus Christ. Not all nudity is sinful. It depends on how It is portrayed. I don't even think this scene is alluring... But some people really struggle with this kind of thing, so I understand you.

My is weed and porn and anxiety probably caused by those two but it’s also a temporary cure never-ending cycle
